They have very friendly staff and we were available to retain the aide that we preferred. Yes, we would recommend their services to others, the admin really responded to our texts also.

Wish it was more affordable, however you get what you pay for though and it has been really great. What we like the most about their services is their response and willingness to correct issues or problems. Willingness to work with you when life throws curves and you need a Carepro for something unexpected.

I would give each category a 5. We are very happy with the service Senior Helpers has provided. In particular, they have been very reliable and the caregivers have been very attentive and friendly. In May, we had someone stay for 2 nights, which went so well that we're going away for a 4 day weekend soon. I would definitely recommend them.

Response to our changing needs was so helpful. My parents were quite resistant to care, so we built the schedule up gradually as my mother got sicker. She died on [date removed]. My Dad is quite cantankerous, so we decided not to continue service.
