A 5 because the member cornerstone sent to me. She always completed the tasks that were on the agreement with cornerstone and she interacted with my mother extremely well. My mom really enjoyed being around the member ( Tommie) that cornerstone sent to watch her. I also felt very comfortable leaving my mother with her.

I love the ease of text communications, where if I have any questions/concerns/ect, the text goes to a main hub and someone working that day is able to respond. Its also how they communicate with me as well. Its nice when im a busy mother of 3. I also love the communications I have with the person who is her care giver. She goes above and beyond for her, and its nice to speak directly to the care giver to know we are all on the same page. I also like the experience of the guy who runs it ([name removed]) the knowledge he has puts me at ease

All are 5!!! I honestly can't think of anything not perfect with Honey Hill. Their caregivers are great!!!! We have a permanent person 6 days a week. Occasionally we have a substitute caregiver and they have always been great. I take the biweekly payment into the office every other week. Anyone that is in the reception area is always super friendly.
