My brother-in-law had a major stroke 12 years ago and his health has been in decline since. We called many offices last week looking for a doctor who could do a home evaluation for admittance into Hospice. [Name removed] was the only one who responded. She fit us in quickly; she was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and understood the urgency of our need. She facilitated his immediate admission into Hospice, ensuring he would get the care he needed. We will never forget [name removed] and will forever appreciate what she did for our family.

What I've had so far has been really good. They care about people and treat me well. They've helped me recover a lot quicker and I feel like they care about me.

I chose them because I heard really good things about it from other people who have home care services. They just raved about it. I like their willingness to respond to my needs and that they make sure that there are caregivers for my daughter. They make cool vision boards for goals. They make sure "my daughter" gets what she needs and they chose a caregiver that is good for her.

Overall, 2nd Family did a wonderful job caring for my mother. Mom was happy with her caregivers and their help which took a lot of stress off of our family. Our Care Coordinator/Care Manager was fantastic! Mom loved her and our family did as well. If my mom ever needs services again in the future, we will definitely be calling 2nd Family!

2nd Family is great! We are extremely happy with the caregivers. They are efficient, have a "personal touch," are caring, and understanding of what families go through while always demonstrating professionalism.

I've been working as a caregiver for almost 11 years on and off. But this agency comfort keepers is the best not because I work for them it's the best agency I've been working for this company for 10 months they have friendly, accommodating, compassionate staff I've been encounter.They take good care of all the clients needs and request and mostly they take care of their employees.

This has been an excellent service. The people are fantastic. My mom has dementia and they know how to gently speak to her, respect her as a person, and she responds extremely well to that. Every time she has an encounter with them it's a very pleasant experience.

Our Care Coordinator is wonderful--I appreciate all that she does for my mom and for our family. We had a schedule miscommunication and our Care Coordinator was on it immediately. She had things smooth sailing again in less than 24 hours. I appreciate 2nd Family's efforts to keep the Caregivers consistent as I know how challenging of a task that can be.

My mother's RN Care Coordinator is absolutely amazing. Whenever I have a problem, I let the Care Coordinator know and she always communicates the problem to my mother's CNA. The CNA is always on time. She's great and extremely helpful!

Very pleased with our experience with ComForCare. In the last couple of weeks of our mother’s life, we had a “companion” come in over night for company if our mother woke up confused or needed any assistance. Each of the companions were very loving and helpful in keeping mom comfortable while the family was not around. Very pleased with open communication with the office and their desire to meet all of our needs. We would refer them to take care of anyone’s loved ones! ??
