My relative has had caregivers from Right At Home for almost a year. He is suffering from Dementia. I can speak from experience that the caregivers are very hands on. Interacting with him- engaging him- taking him on walks and for me a very important aspect is how clean and tidy he is kept. For the first 8 months they also drove him to doctors appointments- always on time, etc. The administrators are always easily contacted. I can highly recommend this organization and have to others.

Senior Helper has been the best agency I have worked with. [Name removed] who answers the phone is not only always pleasant...she is always able to help out when we need to make schedule changes. The 2 ladies [name removed] and [name removed] are a perfect fit for mom and [name removed]. They are doing a great job and we all look forward to seeing them when they arrive.

The caregivers are outstanding, especially the primary caregiver. He is great with caring for my husband as well as flexible to fit our scheduling needs as long as it works with his schedule too. He helps with physical therapy activities for my husband which helps increase his involvement and better his relationship with my husband. They have gotten to know each other well and my husband really likes him which makes me happy. It also makes this difficult situation easier.

My brother-in-law had a major stroke 12 years ago and his health has been in decline since. We called many offices last week looking for a doctor who could do a home evaluation for admittance into Hospice. Dr. [name removed] was the only one who responded. She fit us in quickly; she was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and understood the urgency of our need. She facilitated his immediate admission into Hospice, ensuring he would get the care he needed. We will never forget Dr. [name removed] and will forever appreciate what she did for our family.

This agency has gone above and beyond in the assistance of my mother. I live in NY and knowing I have someone like Elite caring for my mom gives me comfort. Thank you Elite for ALL your hard work.
