I recommend most highly the care provided by Synergy Homecare of Westchester. From May 2016 to November 2019, [name removed] worked with our family to help our legally blind centenarian relative stay in her own home. We are impressed with the professionalism and compassion shown by the owner. The office staff, nurse, and carefully chosen hourly aides were well supervised and guided to provide the care that was needed, from hourly companionship several times a week at first to 24-hour memory care and help with activities of daily living more recently. The aides combined efficiency and loving reassurance as they prepared meals, assisted in walking, accompanied her to doctor's visits, and worked in so many ways to make staying at home possible and pleasant for our loved one.

I’ve been here since June 2018, the staff that they have are amazing. They make sure the clients that I have are well fitted for me.

The caregivers who serviced my husband are great. I had one complaint and the owners and staff were quick to fix it. After that I have no complaints. It’s a pleasure working with Comforcare. I give Comforcare a 9 out of 10.

I am a current client with Comforcare, I’ve been with the services for years now. They have helped me so much, they became my family. The staff and owner are always there for me. My current caregiver treats me as her own and today she took me to her house and surprised me for my birthday, with gifts and cake. We are fortunate and blessed that Victoria took such good care of our dad during his battle with cancer and dementia. She is amazing! She went out of her way to find things he would like to eat when he lost his appetite. She took him to visit his mom and encouraged him to stay in contact with his friends and got people to come visit him. His Hospice team was appreciative of all her hard work and they knew how difficult he could be some days because of his dementia. She went to visit him right before he passed in the hospice house. Our family is thankful she was there for us and him. I know God sent us the right person! Mo arranged her for us and she was spot on! Thank you to everyone who helped us during this difficult time.

Their caregivers are wonderful. They go the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for your family to be treated like family.

She is well trained for what my circumstance requires. I have observed the care that other people in my circumstance get from their caretakers, and it's quite a bit of difference. She is the first I've ever tried, and she has been trained well and is still getting trained.

I appreciate their empathy, compassion, and understanding. As his condition has progressed, they have learned how to deal with it.

They are responsible and compassionate, and they understand what I am going through. They have been responsible to financial considerations that exist. When I am having an emergency, they always send someone, and they provide equipment when I need it. They are wam. It is worth everything when they are providing the care with warmth.

They're very good. Someone calls back when they're supposed to, they send people who are qualified, and they're very easy to speak to. They follow through with anything they say they're going to do. They help by getting me somebody last minute when I need something. It's wonderful. They help by getting me somebody I need at the last minute. They understand my problems and address them.

They have people skills. My father can be difficult and challenging, and the caregiver is very accommodating and firm, but also gentle.

They are very cooperative, they listen to you, and the caregivers are outstanding. They will help shower, remind her to take her medication, clean the house, and do the laundry. We work together. It there is something wrong, we will discuss it and work together to fix it.

They are very prompt, they communicate well with their clients and treat my father fine. They provide peace of mind. They are knowledgeable on how to handle the issues that my father has and they are communicative with him.

They should continue to find caregivers that are super engaged and think proactively. The caregivers can help my loved one to have a full day. They have gone above and beyond. We have been very pleased with the caregivers. They give me daily updates on how my loved one is doing. They report things when something isn't right or if there is a substitute in the services.

When I was in the hospital knowing I would need home care, I talked to several companies, and they were most available at the time I needed them. They have been terrific! They help me with things I can't do on my own.

I definitely need the help, and they've been pretty good. I like the people they've been sending me. They're been very good with me since they came back from rehab. They fill in the gaps have with the things I need for him. They are flexible. I have no reservations about leaving my parents with them. They're able to do what needs to be done.

I liked the care they gave to my wife. For the last couple of her years, we had aides 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. It enabled me to go out and shop, see friends, and run errands.
