The people in the organization were very easy to deal with, very responsive, and very nice. I would definitely use them again. They were so much better than another agency we used first. For the caregivers that they send, I'm not sure what type of training they receive, and sometimes they're not very proactive and can need some supervision in the home. But overall they're very nice and very willing to accommodate the family's needs.

[name removed] is such a warm, caring and understanding person. She seems to know how to interact with my Mom in a way that protects Mom's dignity. Thank you Absolute Care Services.

Our family hired Absolute Care for companionship and personal care for our father and then a few years later for our mother. Every nurse assistant, we had 5 all together, was kind and competent. The RN owner always covered our scheduling needs even during emergencies. She was quick to respond when we had questions and all our nurse assistants were supportive and flexible when our needs changed.

The staff members are really friendly, and the meals I eat are really good. Everyone is friendly and they seem to care about your needs and are really attentive.

Absolute Care Services LLC provided companion services for my aunt who lived in assisted living facility in Towson, Maryland until her death in [date removed]. I live out of state and I felt very comfortable with the team who provided services while she was in hospice. I really believe that it's the wrap around services of seeing familiar friendly faces that made all of the difference. I also want to note that if I had a customized request or concern, the team was quick to resolve the issue and also offered recommendations to allow for a high quality of service.

They've been very good. My loved one gets along well with her caregiver. She's very responsible and very good at communicating. We've had no issues with them whatsoever. I know it's hard to find caregivers right now, and they found a good one for my loved one, so I've been very happy. She does a lot of driving and transportation for us currently, not necessarily much with personal care needs. But she's very flexible and willing to do whatever we need from her. We wish that she was vaccinated, but I think she has a health issue where she can't receive it. Overall their rates are very standard, if not a little better compared to others.

They were very friendly and super flexible with schedules. They were willing to work with whatever you did or didn't need. And my loved one seemed to like the caregiver who came to his house.

My mom needed 24hr care her last two weeks of life. Absolute Care was able to start within hours to help me avoid personal collapse or my mom getting into a dangerous situation that could’ve made things worse. Much appreciated. They are my first call when I need help with my dad now.

This service is great and the owner is very nice and helpful. The caregivers are also very nice and do an amazing job with my loved ones. I would recommend this service to others based on my experience.

Absolute was wonderful in that they were able to provide additional support needed by my husband when he was moved to a memory care facility. They were able to help me with little notice and remained flexible regarding how long their services were needed. The staff they sent were punctual and very caring. I would definitely call them again if the need arises.

Absolute Care services is absolutely amazing. [name removed] and her staff are so incredibly helpful and professional while providing excellent care. Priscilla came to my rescue numerous times. Number one, you've gotta give them a go, because they are one of the better ones in the area. I've had absolutely no problems with them. The billing has been right on. I'm not dissatisfied with one thing that they do. I would say you should go with them.

They've been great. They were very responsive, and we were able to set things up with them very quickly They were also very accommodating of schedule changes. The workers always showed up on time, and there were never any issues as far as security or being concerned with them being alone in the house with my mother. They really did a nice job.

She is very flexible with scheduling caregivers when needed. When I have to go on vacation I call [name removed], even last minute, and she can provide aides for my mom. I am also fortunate that [name removed] is a nurse and has given me guidance about my mom’s needs.

Absolute Care Services has been providing exemplary home healthcare services for our family since the Fall of 2020. Their professionalism, knowledge and caring towards their clients exceeded our expectations. We had previously used two other agencies who failed to provide the care as well as the flexibility of hours that Absolute Care Services has given us. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing a caregiver for their loved one who can provide the piece of mind and trust that their family member is being cared for with the utmost regard.
