I appreciate the caregiver that helps me regularly. She helps me stand up, sit down, and walk. She fixes my lunch, gets my bath ready, and washes my hair. The office staff is very friendly and they know what they are doing.

I like that the providers have been outstanding. I just like that they understand her needs. I like that the placement has been perfect and they have qualified care.

The caregivers are good workers and the company calls me right away with any changes. The caregivers are very helpful and do whatever I ask them to do. Sometimes if there's something out of the ordinary that I need them to do, they do it. I've been with this company for three years and they are always glad to do anything I ask them to. The office always lets me know if someone will be late or absent. They always call ahead to give me a time. I only have the caregivers every other week but some are better than others. The newer ones don't always take initiative like the older ones. I like that the girls wear masks now as well.

I was reading online reviews and theirs looked really good. They have been so easy to work with. They are very detailed, everyone shows up when they are supposed to. They are like a well-oiled machine. We used to do the care for her daily as a family. She needed constant care. Since we work, we can't be there as much. We wanted someone to be with here to be an extra set of eyes and they have taken their place. My mom is very happy from what she tells me. They do whatever she asks of them to do. She wanted to be able to give orders. They make meals, they take her to the store, they change bedding and do laundry. Someone always answers the phone, you are always able to get a hold of a person. It took one phone call to resolve a billing issue. They react right away.

I've been with them and I've always been satisfied with their services. Having the girl come and help me take a shower is the most important thing but she does many other things to help me stay in my own apartment. She is here when I take a shower and she helps out with things that are done once a week. She does laundry, she does trash, and because she comes and takes care of me, it frees me up to do things. Whenever I have problems, I just call but I haven't had any problems. They cook care of problems right away.

I like the professionalism and helpfulness. They are always helpful and easy to work with. They do everything I ask.

We have been happy with the services provided from this community. We like the assistant with most of the caregivers that we have received. We are really happy with the caregivers that we do have. They take care of my loved one and there needs.

Our experience with Senior Helpers - Spokane, WA was perfect. Our loved one was opinionated and difficult at times, but the were all very flexible and amazing. Everyone went with the flow when adjusting schedules, and the management office was great. They made our lives so much easier and better.

For us as a family, Comfort First was truly amazing. [name removed] within management was wonderful and the lady in charge of the aids was amazing. All of the care givers who came to our house were great. Even in the off hours, if there was something we needed or someone to come over on the weekend [name removed] was right on top of it. They were so well organized, and on schedule.

I would recommend Senior Helpers to others. They worked hard in finding an individual to assist our loved one. Companionship care and transfer assistance were some of the services offered to us.

We chose 2nd Family because the person who contacted me seemed to be the friendliness and had the most information available without me having to promise anything in advance. We haven't had any major scheduling issues with them. Overall we are happy with our experience and would recommend.

The back-office staff are very good and really worked hard to find someone that would be a good match for my loved one. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

It's a great relief and a great help. They're a good company. I think it' s a very good service. The caregivers have been excellent overall. Sometimes they're not very sensitive to when we want to just visit as a family, but I think I could probably just say something and that would be fine.

The staff are wonderful. All of the caregivers are very kind and friendly. They truly are interested in my husband's welfare and wellbeing. And they care about me as well. They're cheerful and good workers who are self-starters, which is great. I can go out somewhere, and I don't have to worry. I know if they need anything they'll call me. The administrative side has been done well. They always call me if they have questions or want me to know that something is changing. And they are quick to act if something needs to be taken care. I really appreciate them.

So far our experience has been good, the management team is friendly and communicative. The care givers give good quality care and arrive on schedule.

We've had nothing but good results with the caregiver who has been coming to our home. We haven't had any problems with billing or scheduling either. I would definitely recommend them.

The management team was very good and really friendly, however it did take some time to get the scheduling down and figure out what they could and could not do. We do think it is a little high priced for what they offer

Our family hired FirstLight Home Care of Greater Ann Arbor to care for our mom and dad. We were not disappointed. The services they provided were exactly as we discussed. I also really appreciated their frequent communication with us. They were quick to give us updates on our parents' moods and needs. They obviously care about their clients and their families.

The good things about Acasa Senior Care that we really like is that they are easy to worth with, very flexible and accessible when it comes to scheduling.
