They work with you as a client to schedule caregivers for your needs. They are very flexible and will work with you. They will listen to feedback and resolve any issues you may have. I would recommend this service based on my experience.

I think they took good care of my loved one. However, I think I should have asked more questions, as a few things I was unsure of. A lot of the caregivers took good care of my loved one. I thought they would be able to take blood sugar levels during the day; however, they aren't able to. This wasn't clear initially to me.

I think they do a great job. The people I've dealt with are very outstanding. Their customer service is great. I have no complaints whatsoever. We had a little miscommunication hiccup at the beginning but were able to resolve. The first caregiver they sent disclosed that she was a recovering addict in our first meeting with her, which I commend her for, but another family member was a little offended. They promptly sent us another caregiver. I think they're very friendly and very caring about their patients. They haven't been able to provide much care since my loved ones won't allow them to. But anything they have done for us, grocery trips, things like that, they've done well.

I would highly recommend them because they were very understanding and they did everything they could to make things better for us. I liked the caregiver they sent very much, and he was great with my loved one. I thought everything was excellent, including the administrative side.

Our family had a positive experience, the workers were all very hard working, consistent in their care and extremely dedicated. We appreciated that you could pock and choose their services, so if you needed to see a doctor or go to rehab that was an extra option for you. They always came with protective gear and always helped our loved one with their needs.

They do a good job of really trying to match your needs to the particular caregiver that they send. So that's been good for us. We're probably at the lowest tier of care right now. We're using them more for companion services than specialized. I wanted to have a rapport with the company already established when the time comes that we need more services. And in that regard they've been great. Whenever I call, they're very friendly. It's a dance, and when little things come up, sometimes it's them, sometimes it's us. But overall I feel like we work well together.

It is worthwhile in investigating for your your family member. They were prompt. They offered in home care for our loved one. They also offered light housekeeping and light cooking.

The caregiver was very good and it a good experience overall. They were friendly and helped out when needed. The cost seemed higher but they did exactly what we needed. I would recommend this service to others based on my experience.

The Gm was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The staff was very friendly and the caregiver did a great job helping our loved one. I think that they provide a good value and I would recommend this service to others.

We chose Home Helpers because it was recommended to us and how fast they responded to us. While we used them, we had multiple times where the caregivers called in sick but the administration was very communicative with us when that would happen. I would recommend to others who are looking.

We chose Preferred Care at Home because of the location and I just really liked what I saw when I was looking at everything and talking to staff. They have been great with scheduling. They are all really friendly and amazing and taking wonderful care of my dad. I would recommend to others looking.

The people who run Unified Pledge are wonderful. They're accommodating and work with you. They actually care about what they're doing. You're not just a number to them. They really try to help you. Their cost is in line with average rates in the area. They helped us a lot, so I really appreciate what they've done. Keep in mind, not every person they send will be a good fit, so I would say keep at it until you find the right caregiver. I would definitely recommend them.

Working with Rehoboth Home Care Services has been such a joy! The couple who own it are truly compassionate people who really care about serving the community. Their business and their lives are built on Christian principles and it easily shows in how they treat their employees, partners and clients. I love being part of this organization because of who they are and how we get to extend that compassionate care to our community!

This would be a good place to check out and consider. Some of the services they offered were: assistance with daily living activities, some light cooking, and assist with medication. They were a little expensive, but it was okay for us. The communication was good between the staff and family.

I really think they're great. I do understand that they don't come out here to get abused. I understand that these patients, my loved one included, can be strong enough to hurt them. When he's ugly, our caregiver walks away. And then a little later, she'll walk back and ask if she can do whatever it was she was trying to do before. Which has actually been very effective, and I've learned to do that myself from her. I've asked her how long it will be until she gets done with school. She said a couple of years, which is good, because I like her a whole lot. She's patient and understanding. The whole staff at Synergy is super great too. During the freeze, I didn't think to call and tell them I wasn't home, but they sent her out. And when I finally found out I should have called and contacted them, they were really nice about it. They didn't charge me for the whole day, which was great. I feel like it's a good value because I know what a nursing home costs. I just wish they could pay the caregivers more. But I understand that would increase our costs too, so it's a Catch-22.

They are a great company. If you need someone like this, please give them a call. When I needed help they were there and it was great. There is one staff member that I enjoyed working with. They have a lot of assistance and other services to assist the family. They were there for me to run errands.

I would tell others that they work with you. Kevin, the manager was there to the end. The care staff was wonderful. Kevin's wife would come out when they didn't have any other staff to come out. The staff was friendly. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure the staff was able to come out to my home.

I would highly recommend this service to others based on my experience. Communication was good between the staff and our family and if they had to replace a caregiver they did so quickly. The caregivers were friendly and so was the office staff.

They have been very responsive and helpful. Their attitude has been great! Our experience has been limited. The payment and staff made it easy to work with them. Due to other medical and family members we placed them on hold. They are very pleasant to work with.
