They found a home care provider quickly and she did a great job. Responsiveness. Reasonable price. Very competent home care professional. Owner's personality and eagerness to help. I would definitely recommend them to others. Last thing I would say, is that the owner, [name removed]goes above and beyond to try to help you. He found me a resource in 24 hours at a time when I was very desperate for help.

I would rate a 5 all the way down. [name removed] has been phenomenal and is considered part of our family. Mom's condition has only improved because of the care that [name removed] has provided. She helps with everyday chores around the house, meal prep, transportation, you name it. This has allowed my brother and I to feel at ease knowing mom is in good hands while we work.

They were very caring and capable. The supervisor in charge, was very involved in checking that everything was okay. I could always reach them and in as much as my sister-in-law (who needed the aides) was comfortable with anyone she seemed to be at ease with them.

[name removed] description of her business and unique approach to providing care turned out to be everything promised. [name removed], the caregiver chosen by [name removed] is amazing... on-time, friendly, caring and willing to do virtually anything for my wife. In the rare times when a scheduling conflict arises, [name removed] has stepped in to provide care and help us maintain the feeling of a caring, “known” companion. The trust and relationship building is important to us and [name removed] business truly understands this need.

They listen to what the family impatient needs, they call and check in to make sure everything is going correctly and doesn’t forget about anyone. If you have any concerns, they are immediate with finding a solution. I highly recommend this company. They truly care.

My husband and the care givers work well together taking care of his needs. I am fine with what they do. The only issue I have is that he only needs three hours, but the Agency requires four hours a day. That could become a problem.

Senior Helpers made things so easy, we just had to say yes! [name removed]& [name removed] are so kind and compassionate which we could tell from the beginning. [name removed] came to the house to talk and tell us how things would work. He was easy to talk to and answered all our many questions. He then came back out with mom’s caregiver, after matching her and sending a little bio, to introduce her and be sure we had everything in place. She was gracious, kind and a great companion for mom. I was pleased with the care provided to my wife for the five weeks leading to her death. The same individual was with her the entire time during the day, seven days/week. She was experienced and caring.

The experience with Home Instead has been positive. They were extremely responsive and were able to do an in-home assessment within 24 hours off making the first call. The manager was professional and provided all of the information to make the decision to utilize their services. They placed a care giver the next day to assist my sister. Two months later, I can definitely say they have been wonderful. The care givers have been amazing, the manager is great and the office staff is also great. I appreciate their attention to detail and responsiveness whenever we reach out to them for questions and requests. My sister has been happy and has been able to have a normal life with the assistance provided by the caregivers.

The caregivers are professional. They are attentive to the needs of the client and his family. The company keeps you informed of any changes in the schedule.
