The provider was patient caring and flexible. Her initiative was impressive always looking for something to do. I felt like I was disappointing her by not having more to do.

We have been so happy with the caregivers from Home Instead. We’ve been using their services for three years to help care for both my mother and father as they age in place in their home. My mother passed last September, so it has been just my father since then. He has dementia, but we are blessed with the most wonderful caregivers who provide him with exceptional care and compassion. We currently have both daily caregivers who come in for about four hours each day and an overnight caregiver who provides continuous support. This combination has made it possible for my father to remain safely and comfortably in his own home. When we began this journey, I truly believed my parents would eventually need to move into long-term care facilities. Thanks to Home Instead, we’ve been able to keep them in their home—exactly where they wanted to be for as long as possible. On the rare occasions when a caregiver wasn’t the right fit, Home Instead has always worked closely with us to make adjustments

The caregivers have been great, and the communication has been helpful. They help him get out of bed and help him to the bathroom and with hygiene. They help with meds and mobility as well as breakfast and coffee. They take him to physical therapy, and that is very helpful. They have been very helpful in setting everything up. I like their attitudes, and the care professional is especially encouraging and concerned. They get him to do his physical therapy.

They have provided care and interaction with my husband. They keep my husband engaged and treat him with respect as well as always being on time. They communicate well if there is an issue or if they need to make a change to our schedule. I like the interaction and dedication.

The Senior Helpers care givers were punctual, helpful and efficient. They always went the extra mile in meeting our needs. Our son seem to really enjoy their company. Staff was very flexible in arranging time of care.

Seniors had me meet a potential caregiver within 3 days. Lovely woman and experienced. I have a chihuahua she is very badly. The women never had a dog and after 2 days it was clear she couldn’t manage it. I called Seniors and they replaced her within 2 days. She is a perfect fit! I am grateful Seniors was so responsive!

All I can say is im happy with service and like the people.

I have been with Home Instead for 2 years and could not be happier. My caregiver is excellent. I was with several other agencies in the past and Home Instead is by far the very best. Very reliable people.

Employees were professional and compassionate. They took the time to listen to questions and concerns.

This agency from top down has been very helpful for us. The expected kinks and issues raised are dealt with promptly and sufficiently. I would say all the caregivers are thoughtful, and considerate. My 94 year old husband wanted to come home from the hospital and rehab facility after nothing was stopping his pain and other difficulties. I could not handle him myself so we contacted Freedom Care. [name removed] came and was very helpful to us so he could be moved in and out of bed and had help with bathing, being dressed, etc. He was efficient and kind and made a difficult time much easier. Even when we had hospice at the end, we had [name removed] come twice a day because we relied on him very much.

I like Right At Home because their communication is done well. All of the workers were a blessing. I did not need any more than a few hours of help at a time so we had to stop because they require a minimum of eight hour blocks of service. Other than that, they were wonderful.

They have been great finding caring people. [name removed] is an excellent employer. He has gotten extremely good care givers.

Having the modules to help build his confidence. The way everything is phrased to get things done. They make sure he has healthy meals. The office staff makes sure that caregivers know what is going on with his needs. The caregivers listen. The caregivers say things well towards the client.

We've had five or six different caregivers, and only had a problem with one. Everybody else has been great. The best thing is their attitude, the way they communicate with my wife and I, and even the way they clean our dog. If I have any questions, they've answered them.

I have been very satisfied with the lady assigned to me. We get along very well and she is very knowledgeable about my limitations.

They took care of my mother for 8 days while on vacation. [name removed] and [name removed] were great! Highly recommend.
