The caretakers have been excellent. They seem timely, they do what my father asked of them Really great, very easy to work with. He is very grateful to have them. He seems happy and I am very happy about that. Right now, I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs this kind of care. The social worker and the rest of the crew have been fantastic. I was going back to work and I needed somebody to be with dad for a few hours a day. Interim health sent me a lady who walks dad around the cul-de-sac. Makes sure he eats breakfast. Takes his pills. Set him up for lunch and also does puzzles with him. We love her.

I am so very grateful for Homewatch Caregivers. We found them after my dad was diagnosed with liver cancer in June of 2026, and things went downhill very quickly. They provided care for him and my mom, who has dementia. Throughout the 3 weeks that we used them, they were incredibly responsive, compassionate, and there for us. They were able to start 24/7 care immediately, and every one of the caregivers who ended up interacting with my parents for those 3 weeks was such a breath of fresh air. Because of the extreme circumstances of my dad's failing health, we were only with Homewatch Caregivers for 3 weeks because we moved them into an assisted living facility where they wouldn't have to navigate stairs. But were it not for that, I am certain we would still be using them. I highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive, compassionate care for their loved ones, especially with memory care issues.

I was quite overwhelmed when I received the call. This agency was instrumental in alleviating some of my responsibilities, which greatly assisted me in coordinating my father's care. He had experienced a stroke, and the coordinator not only visited him at the hospital but was also able to commence services immediately upon his discharge. We have been so happy with the caregivers from Home Instead. We’ve been using their services for three years to help care for both my mother and father as they age in place in their home. My mother passed last September, so it has been just my father since then. He has dementia, but we are blessed with the most wonderful caregivers who provide him with exceptional care and compassion. We currently have both daily caregivers who come in for about four hours each day and an overnight caregiver who provides continuous support. This combination has made it possible for my father to remain safely and comfortably in his own home. When we began this journey, I truly believed my parents would eventually need to move into long-term care facilities. Thanks to Home Instead, we’ve been able to keep them in their home—exactly where they wanted to be for as long as possible. On the rare occasions when a caregiver wasn’t the right fit, Home Instead has always worked closely with us to make adjustments
