[Name removed] and her family were very fortunate to be part of Independence Village community. We certainly appreciate the staff's hard work to make [name removed]'s home such a pleasant experience. We all felt the staff genuinely cares for all the residents, which really translates into such a beautiful environment, from the decorations to the activities to the smiles. After each visit we always left with a good feeling that [name removed] was in such a special place .It really is hard to put into words how grateful we are for providing such a special place for [name removed] to live for the last several years.

[Name removed], oh [name removed], please lend me your ear. I am so grateful that you are here. You're helpful, thoughtful, kind and funny. With disposition that's always sunny. And your kindness and energy are even better than money. It's fun at Trivia, "cause you always make us laugh," and you're a shining example of our excellent staff. Upon my arrival, the feeling I got was "home". The people are fantastic! So very friendly! We met some current residents and they were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. Our rep. [name removed], was extremely helpful, had great information and was extremely friendly. I feel confident that this is the best place for mom.

[Name removed], thank you so much for coming to my mom's service. In the roughly 5 years my mom was a resident of IV, everyone always treated her with love and respect. As the years went by and her physical skills started to diminish, she always found a few activities to get involved with. She looked forward so much to Sunday when [name removed] would coming in to play old piano songs. Thank you and all the staff at IV...did a great job taking care of mom!

Crown Trace Villa - a great place. The staff - all of the staff were very courteous and helpful. My mother only lived here for a short time and has to move die to health issues. I would highly recommend Crown Trace Villa. [Name removed] and all of the staff went above and beyond to make sure things were good.

Wonderful staff, very caring and attentive.

The staff cares about the residents. The activities are stimulating and fun. The staff goes the extra mile to make sure the residents are happy and preserves their dignity. My mom wanted to stay there until she died. It was nice they had a selection at meal time and they took residents tastes into considerations.

My wife and I like it here. Good food and service.

Fantastic service form all employees

People are friendly. Help is nice, friendly, very helpful, hard workers. Feel safe here. Lots of activities, entertainment, outings place is kept up nicely.

I have lived and worked in this community all my life. Except my time served in the navy. I retired from Belvidere Company as a tool and I die a member.

I enjoy all the activities they offer. Card games, board games, crafts, also the meetings for information for all of the residents.

I wandered in after a walk. I met with Heidi, and she was exceptional. I came away feeling important and my family's needs were a priority. Our family member at this time will need a little more rehab at this point - but would love to be a part of Independence Village in a different situation.

My mothers experience living here for almost a year and a half has been wonderful! She loves the staff, the activities and meals. It is a beautiful place and has many extras with bird feeders, flowers and benches to enjoy outside. We are so thankful for Independence Village.

My mom has lived here for 1 year. The staff has been great and the facility is beautiful. The food awesome and very tasty.

It's a wonderful family-oriented place. Our dad was so comfortable and happy here. The staff are thoughtful and dedicated.

This is my first did a great job making me feel at home. The staff are amazing.
