Independence Village is a great place for our mom! She is safe and happy. Her friends and family are always welcome to visit and we enjoy the staff and the activities as much as our mom enjoys them. Independence Village has given mom the opportunity of new friendships and "purpose" in her life again. Mom calls the village home and in her words, "it's a great place to live!".

The staff here is so wonderful. They make a person smile even if we feel low. I know because I am usually grumpy and they make me happy!!

I have lived here for about 8 years. It's pleasant to live here. The apartment is spacious and bright. We have a nice courtyard, where we can walk. We have a 1/2 hour exercise every morning. The dining room is bright. The meals are good and plentiful. Other services are good.

I think this is a great place to live because get all my needs here and also I live in a clean place and my own room and can walk outside anywhere in the back and I eat good food 3 times a day. I go and get food for my room.

It is a nice place for my wife who has dementia. Her dad had dementia and living aunts have dementia. This place is good and affordable. And also and another aunt also has dementia.

Very kind and caring place to be in. I love the atmosphere. I appreciate it, they are wonderful here to my client.

I would recommend Crown Trace Villa. My father recently moved due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff was so helpful to my father and us as we were there helping him move. The maintenance staff even helped my husband with the bigger pieces of furniture. The front office ladies were so kind to my father and us as well. They greet you with a smile and just make you feel like you are a part of a family. The building is very clean and the residents seem happy. My family and I ate dinner with my dad and the food was outstanding. I honestly feel like my father made the best choice in choosing Crown Trace Villa.

I like the activities. The food is good the people are friendly. The staff are good I also help with the bingo money and call the list of games.

A place for mom was very helpful for referring this community to us. We are pleased with my mothers move to this community. She is doing very well, and she likes it here. I have told my friends if they need any help with their search, give a place for mom a call. They are very helpful.

I have not visited Independence Village in person but from my dealing with the staff over the phone they appear to be friendly. My brother has positive things to say about the community during our conversations. He said the food is very good and he can tell the meals have improved his health.

Love the apartments. They are spacious. The premade sandwich was okay. Residents were very nice and welcoming. The tour guide was so helpful and willing to meet my needs for adaptations.

Tis is a WONDERFUL place! My 98 yr old mother who has always lived with family moved there this year and is so happy. The staff - caregivers, maintenance, kitchen, activities, administration are kind, responsive, and professional, going above and beyond to meet moms needs. The residents are enthusiastic about life and involved with each other and the many activities provided. Making friends here is easy! the facility and rooms are very clean. The smaller size of the facility is reassuring to mom in navigating her way around. affordability is reasonable and they are helpful in pursuing every avenue of available resources for seniors. If you're looking or a place for a loved one be sure to check this out - Definitely one to consider!

The staff was kind and continuously showed affection to my mother. The activities and other residences were excellent. My mother was very happy here. I fully recommend this facility. It is well run and the facilities are spotless

Low key, but friendly management. Residents seem happy and engaged. Apartments are very nice. Heard a lot of good things about the food from residents, family, and staff.

I am not impressed with the food at this community. I would give it a 2. They do not have a wide variety of choices. The staff are real friendly. They play bingo and take trips out to the store. They keep the community clean.

Great place. Warm and cozy so that it would feel like your own home. Because the apartments do not have a full kitchen, the separate, community full kitchen room allows residents to cook and bake for themselves or the community. This is a very good option because it's so 'homelike'.

I feel it a privilege to be a volunteer Village ambassador to help each & all New Resident to get settled in this their new home. I do money and continue to learn crafts, giving every resident a Craft for their birthday every month along e “Angel Ministry”. ? have the only bird feed in our large courtyard , visited by money flying friends.
