I am so happy I moved-in! Taking that next step forward was hard for me, but I am so glad I did. I feel like I am part of one big family. Please consider this community if you are looking to make a positive change!!

My great Aunt is doing really well here. I live out of state and kept hearing horrible things about COVID in Albuquerque, but this community has gone above and beyond to make sure their residents are safe.

My mother absolutely loves living here! I normally don't post reviews online, but I am just so touched by the quality of care my mother is receiving. Even though the community is more closed-off due to COVID-19, she is still active and engaged with activities and the staff. I couldn't be happier with her living at Albuquerque Grand!

This little community is a gem in Hot Springs! I am so happy with the services they have provided my mother, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The food is good and there are a lot of activities. I enjoy spending time in my apartment, common areas, and the courtyard.

I wanted to thank you again for giving mom a wonderful place to spend her last years. She enjoyed her time there, was happy and well cared for... she was loved. It seemed like in an instant we were gone... I didn't get to say a proper goodbye to all those who meant so much to us... all the dining staff, ALS, housekeeping, front desk staff, activities... and my dear resident friends there. If ever COVID subsides, I will come back and visit all!!

My family and I are locals from Rockford, it was important for me to find a place for my father that was close to home. This senior community has surpassed my expectation, my father loves it here!

The staff has taken all the right precautions regarding covid and they are very reassuring. I am confident in my mother's safety because of independence village.

The community used to be called crown trace villa, but now they are the clearspring. The inside of the building and apartments are being redone and updated. So far everything looks very nice.

I am so grateful that Albuquerque grand has kept my father safe during covid. I was concerned about his health during the pandemic, but the staff at Albuquerque Grand have gone above and beyond to keep their residents healthy and safe.

I had an excellent experience on my virtual tour of Independence Village. Staff were very attentive and the building was absolutely beautiful. I learned that Ind Village is a family owned business (not corporate) which put my mind at ease. I was very impressed with this community.

Your letter Why Our Communities Matter More Than Ever has been very meaningful to me. Thank you for your caring, your insights, and your wisdom. I especially treasured your desire that we "continue to enjoy life as they know and expect it." The continuing of activities, friendships, meals, laughter, conversation, camaraderie, games, art project, etc. , is essential. "Cabin fever" is "Stir Crazy" are not options. I had already found the Independence Village living experience to be remarkable. The staff; administrative, food, housekeeping, all of them; continue to make it "a place to call home." My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. Be well - be safe - be happy.

From the first moment we visited there was a warmth and friendliness that was evident in not only the staff, but also the residents. Follow up visits only confirmed this. Our mom who is cynical and avoids change is actually eager to get back to Independence Village.

My dad lived at Independence Village until just recently. The staff always went above and beyond always. My dad was incredibly happy and we ere as well. When he passed away two staff members came to his visitation which meant a lot to myself.

My mother and sister live at Independence Village and have for 4 years now. The owners, management, staff and residents are second to none. We truly value the compassion for the residents and continues smiles brought to us. I will forever be grateful to have this organization so close to my heart and family.

I have lived in three senior communities, they have all been good, however, Independence Village is the best. 1) the food is great 2) the friendly warm environment results in good living 3) the I.V. staff is excellent in all ways and 4) apartment is well maintained.

I am most happy with our (wife and self) stay here. The help is excellent, the food is very good and they provide many good programs that entertain the residents. The value is top notch and we are most happy staying here.

I give the Village a 5 star rating. The staff is number one in all they do and prepare for us - such as outings, shopping, entertainment, card games, bingo, crafts and on Sundays - religious services. It's a great place to retire and call home, as the saying goes. "Who could ask for anything more?!"
