I lived in a new place, good food, wonderful friends, I get help when needed.

It's very early days yet, but I love the atmosphere- relaxed but attentive. Things seems to run pretty smoothly.

Waitress are very nice and get food at our desire every time I ask. Thank you They also help take things from my car to my apartment. It is so much help.

I just want to say my mother is very happy at Independence Village. The many events and care are outstanding. They really care about the resident. I would recommend Independence to anyone needing a wonderful place to live.

I have lived here for approximately three years. The meals are delicious, three times a day. We have a multiple amount of things including board games, card games, Mexican train and Ruma Cube, Etc. The courtyard is beautiful, with a cement walkway, benches to sit on, and relax. A library to also relax while read a book. It is a great place to live.

The food is good. The rooms are kepy clean. The staff are friendly.

Resident for a little over 1 year. There are plenty of activities and you can join in if you like to keep busy or just enjoy the lounge, within the courtyard, play in the game room or visit the library. You can do your own laundry and there is no charge for use of the machines. It's a great place to enjoy your retirement. No dishes to do, snow to shovel, grass to cut or maintenance to worry about.

I enjoy living at the Village. My apartment is bright and sunny. The food is good. I made many friends here. They keep everything clean.

My parents have been residents of Independence Village for about 2.5 years and they have always been satisfied with the accommodations. Recently my father passed away after a short battle with cancer. The staff was very kind and the level of care they provided allowed my father to stay at the Village until he passed. We were extremely grateful that he was allowed to pass at "home" and not required to seek care at a different facility. Our gratitude goes out to all involved. Thank you.

- Staff cares very much for each resident - There is no issue they will not address regardless of the need - People are a close-knit family - I would highly recommend it to anyone who asks me about living here great response to covid-19. Has kept everyone safe and Covid free.

I want to say that everyone here is so wonderful! My dad needs more and more care and the staff is always there to help. Thank you for everything you do. I feel really blessed that you are in my life taking care of dad.

I absolutely love it here! Living at IVN has made my life so simple. I also feel very secure knowing there have not been any covid-19 cases at IVN. All of the staff have taken the right precautions during this time.

I lived here for three years until I had to move out for personal reasons. I loved the staff and other residents... I was very sad to leave. I recommend The Clearspring to any senior who is looking, I know moving can be difficult, but it will make your life so much easier.

Adult independent living. Meals, maintenance, housekeeping, wifi, Direct TV, utilities furnished. Excellent personnel, always ready to assist. Activities have been great. We are growing. Quality of life... excellent. Mgmt... often mounded to meals, suggested, and concerned with complaints.

A really good place to live. Really good food, good menu. Two really good cooks. The service in the dining room takes care of you. They take you to Drs and shop at Walmart for you. 3 meals a day every day of the year. Good management. Centrally located. Have games to play and take us on picnics.
