Really a great place with great activities. Every time there has been a problem the director has handled it very quickly. Very responsive.

Very pleased with the level of attention my mom receives in the memory care unit. Mom is enjoying the excellent meals and some of the basic activities. Facility is very well maintained.

Professional and still personal. Answered all the questions. I did not feel rushed. Place was very clean and residents there seem very happy and cared for

Have visited this location for over one year. My family member was very happy there, made friends quick and enjoyed many of the events held there, especially the musical events. Food is very good and staff is attentive. We needed use of the bus for rides to doctors and had no problem scheduling. Everyone very helpful.

I've been here about 8 months... I wish someone would have told me sooner!!! It may not be the Ritz Carlton but it's far better than I ever expected!!!

My grandmother moved in this past summer. It was a very hard for me to take that step but [name removed] and the other staff helped make it as easy as possible. My grandma is well cared for. They do fun activities with the residents and treat them like family.

I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place for my mom to live! At 92 she now has a better life. She has people to talk with and dine with and she is safe. I am so grateful that we worked with A Place for Mom and they put us in touch with The Danbury. The entire staff is so wonderful but [name removed] is the absolute best!

We love this place! And the staff are all fantastic! [name removed] was a big help in answering all of our questions. The aides and nurses are all very attentive to Dads needs. We are so happy that we chose Story Point.

This is a very clean community, staff are great to work with and I appreciate all of their help while my husband was a resident here. Life Enrichment does a great job planning activities for all residents and so nice to have all the therapies onsite as well.

Everyone at this property is working together to help my dad transition: his medications, his diet, his bathing; all of it. I would recommend this facility to those shopping for Memory care.

Super friendly people, from the care staff to the residents, everyone was smiling and welcoming and in a great mood. The community itself is stunning, very clean, great natural light in every space!

My father currently lives in the assisted living. The faculty take very good of my father. They take the stress off of the family members. I don't have to worry about him not being taken care of. Great facility.

I visit my mom at Danbury 3 times a week. Staff are always helpful, kind, and considerate. We eat lunch there together every Sunday. It is always good.

My husband is a resident at Danbury. I have come to feel that together we are part of the community there. The aides, nurses, cleaning staff, cooks and receptionist all know my name and all have given me hugs on bad days. We were at another care facility for a period of time. I left there because of the cold, lack of care on the part of the staff—many of whom were there for only a short period of time. No place is perfect, but Danbury comes close.

I highly highly recommend Danbury!! From the start with [name removed] helping us find our mom a room, [name removed] and [name removed] making her transition so smooth and easy, to the ongoing care our mom receives daily, we couldn’t ask for a better place for her to live. It is a very upbeat happy place, even in the memory care neighborhood. Everyone from the staff to the residents are smiling and welcoming. It is an all around wonderful place!

The employees and facility so far have been amazing. My mother feels so welcome and brags about her apartment and the facility to everyone she talks to. Now the only thing on my end that I see or at least feel, is the following: First thing is I understand it’s a private pay situation and the facility doesn’t deal with the LTC insurance companies like some others. It really seemed that the people at Danbury made it seem much easier to get the LTC reimbursement policies accept the overall situation and approve the resident. We were told over and over to NOT worry, things will be fine! To this date, we still do not have everything finalized and approved. I no everyone is different, but everyone needs to present things accurately and truthfully! I’m hoping all works out! Thanks

The staff is so pleasant and caring. I like the attention they give to the residents and the atmosphere overall is very nice! I especially like that the staff is always on the lookout for anything and are professional and discreet when necessary.

My grandmother is a resident here. She is so happy. She is thriving at 98 years old. The staff take great care of her. I know she is well taken care of and that gives me a sound peace of mind. Danbury provides lots of activities for the residents to participate in, including activities for loved ones to be apart of. My grandmother has a strong network of friends at Danbury that she adores.
