What would make this place better is a work out room, sauna, hot tub, maybe a game room. Don't have a stroke. Whatever you eat or drink and it tastes good, spit it out. Post stroke is over medication for life.

The activity staff keep family involved with special opportunities around holidays. I would recommend Celebration Villa of Dillsburg to other families looking for assisted living for their loved ones.

There was blood in the concrete entering the building. We are still looking for an affordable place. Other than that minor detail it looks like a nice place, my grand mother resided here 20 years ago, I didn't realize it was so big.

The staff and size of apartment is what stood out. Would highly recommend. They are finishing their remodeling and it looks great. I do hope they update the floor in the elevator.

The facility was clean, staff was very friendly and engaged. The apartments that we saw were nicely laid out. The smells of Chefs food was wonderful, tho invited for lunch- we couldn’t stay. Thomas was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and had a positive vibe about working there. Should the need arrive, I would definitely consider Cherry Laurel as home. The only negative I saw were the old windows.

Overall great staff very friendly and willing to assist. The facility is nice and activities are offered with a variety of choices. The food is okay but needs some work. My mom is happy here and the price is reasonable compared with other facilities.

Negative - There has been A LOT of staff turnover since S[Date Removed]Executive Director, Nursing Supervisor, Marketing Director, and Activities Director were all new at that time. As of[Date Removed], all of them had been let go (two people)or resigned (two people) despite the residents/families loving them. All but one position have been rehired as of [Date Removed] Could this be a reflection of the umbrella company, Priority Life? Positive - Delicious food, very clean community (The maintenance guy, [Name Removed] is AMAZING! Very quick to fix things and help residents with whatever they need.), bright/inviting/warm building, one-level building

It was our first visit to a facility. I have no way to compare. It was a pleasant and bright day. The facility was clean.

Staff is really pleasant, lots of activities to participate in. My mom is sharing a room with 2 other women but she does have a lot of space. The only thing besides not wanting to be there is she said they don't give her a lot of food at mealtime.

I toured the Memory Care facilities and it was clean and organized, with nice size studio apartments. The staff was friendly and the value for the services offered was a good value.

I liked the look of the place staff was friendly food needs to improve. I would recommend it. More activities for the residents maybe some kind of church services

We visited this facility for our father. He is in need of a lot of care and this place seems to be able to deliver. We moved him in today so we will see. The transition went very well and the staff was very welcoming. It is being renovated so it’s a little bit of a mess right now but when it’s complete it will be very nice. We had dinner with him in the dining room and he liked the food very much. The staff in the dining room were very pleasant as well. So far so good.

The director gave us a lovely tour. There were lots of residents up and about looking engaged. All of our questions were answered, and we appreciate the extra information we received regarding whether my mom's health insurance would be accepted by the providers at this facility. The only drawbacks for the facility are the size of the small size of the one-bedroom unit and that the facility is a bit too far from our nearest relative.

The community is nice, way better than where my father is now. The building is all one floor with a rectangle floor plan with two interior atrium. The advertised monthly rates seemed lower than other communities I've looked at. After much talk about my father's dialysis three times per week and writing a check to reserve the room he was not accepted as he has a port and it is against Virginia state regulations for any of their residents to have a port.

Would be nice to have more proactive regular comments about how the person is doing, good or bad.

Facility was very nice. Layout is a little confusing though. It appears they can not provide the level of care my father may require.

it was okish the rooms where ok but the halls and areas looked dirty like the walls need a good paint and the food was not good!
