I really liked the approach the staff takes towards care services and the reputation they have is really helpful. The location of this community was extremely convenient for me they are literally my neighbor and are located directly behind where I live. My mother says the food is very good and we are very pleased. The staff is just great, pleasant and always very helpful. They are very accommodating from the top to the bottom. We could not complain at all. Everything we have asked for has been granted. We are very pleased with Emeritus and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The Archer at Crescent Park was a very dynamic facility and had several of the features that we are seeking. The tour was thorough and our questions were answered. We are very appreciative of the time and care that was taken!

My mother seems to enjoy living there. Only complaint is the meals are sometimes not the best, but not terrible. Staff is great, fun activities that sometimes include outside friends and family! Overall very happy with this facility!

We were generally quite happy with Azalea. The residents were very friendly and welcoming to mom. The staff were responsive and helpful. The intake process was smooth. Anything I asked about was responded to. Staff were definitely helpful. The food was good to fair but residents seemed happy with it and there were many options. I observed staff being very caring to residents. The facility was clean. The apartment fully met mom's needs. I like to see the bathroom directly attached to the bedroom but it was just outside the door. It does mean maneuvering two doorways. Other than that mom liked it. She was only there 4 days but in that little time it was so easy to get to know residents and staff. We appreciated their help and concern.

The neighbors have been FANTASTIC!! Everything is clean and neat. BUT when I called management TWICE AND stopped by asking for a return call. Never received a call of any kind

The activities are plentiful, however, they seem to be somewhat lacking in variety and engagement for the residents. The deluxe studio is an excellent size for an individual who has cognitive issues or some level of dementia, as they don't get lost inside their own apartment. The food service in the dining room is good enough and fairly tasty. However, dining staff don't seem make new residents aware of the additional options available to them on the everyday menu. Communication methods between the healthcare and wellness staff and the resident's loved ones are not clear, and could stand to be improved. Overall, Salterra is a good value for the money, and once my loved one adjusts to the routine, it will be a very good placement for them.

The facility is clean and smells good. The staff are nice and the food looks and smells good. I don't hear much from the clinical staff but maybe that is just because all Is well. His laundry is always done and he seems to be well taken care of. They have a new Activities director and I'm hopeful for a more robust offering of in house activities. I see that they just started a Sunday football event which I love. There is a small outside area and hope that once the heat decreases that I will see more outdoor things going on. There is a BBQ grill but residents say they rarely grill. I would like it if there was notice to families of different events and activities and maybe there is a portal or something I'm not yet aware of. Overall both I and my dad are happy with the facility and staff and care. It's better than the facility he was in previously.

Everyone at Salterra was kind and gracious. My wife was only there for a week before she passed so I didn't have time to interact with them, but all my encounters with the staff were excellent. Room was more than adequate and care was very good. Staff met every one of my requests promptly and thoughtfully. No complaints whatsoever.

Staff was generally caring and responsive. Food was tasty and sufficient - her appetite was and remains healthy. I moved her to Mariella to be closer to me (6 miles vs 41). Yes I would recommend with caveat as with all facilities that staff oversight must be constant by a family member

Good experience and still considering. Will keep posted on any change. Won't be doing much until after the 1ST of the year. Will be looking at Salterra in Largo in the near future.

For me, it has been a 4, I would say. The location is excellent for my transportation needs...no longer drive/have a car but the King County Metro bus service is superb...and I can get lots of reading and crosswords done on my visits to and from. Major pluses for Opal itself: I have found the staff to be unfailingly kind, both to me and to my husband. In some instances, they are spectacularly good at their jobs. In particular, [name removed], who is in charge of providing entertainment and joy in the residents' lives, also handles nuts-and-bolts administrative issues with equal skill and professionalism. Another great example is [name removed], who has repeatedly helped my husband and me with the television in his room. The television system is, to me, much less user-friendly than the old clunker we still have at home, and [name removed] has always been patient and helpful in getting things working. I also regularly attend the monthly family meetings with [name removed], the new head administrator. [Name removed] seems genuinely willing to listen to families' frustrations and concerns and is eager to address whatever can be addressed. When something cannot be changed because of laws or regulations, [name removed] takes the time to explain why. I haven't covered everything that might be helpful to you, and I have to admit that my own memory isn't as sharp these days. But I am truly grateful to have such a close-by place that is providing my husband with such thoughtful and appropriate care.

Overall, the community is clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff is friendly, caring, and management is generally responsive, even through some staff turnover. The dining experience has been good overall, although there have been occasional issues with special dietary requests. The food quality, portion sizes, and dining staff have been impressive. The community offers a variety of activities, though not every resident chooses to participate. Overall, it provides a safe, welcoming environment with caring staff and a strong sense of community.

Overall it's good. They are working great with me now, I fell behind and I couldn't pay due to my hardship and it's really helping me. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for themselves or a loved one.

Staff was nice. The toilets were low with no accommodations like hand rails. The 1 bedroom had 2 baths which isn’t necessary. There was no kitchenette in the room. One bath had a tub - useless! They could put a microwave and some cabinets in that area.

The staff really tries to accommodate the various needs of the residents. The services provided are typically on par or better than stated by other local facilities. My wife does prefer her cooking, but is currently in a wheelchair so is unable to prepare much at this time.

Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. No improvement ideas. I would recommend to others

It is very difficult to see the decline of my brother's mental state. But what I have seen here is that his Care has been great in that the caregivers really show compassion and caring for these residents. I know there is only so much that they can do when someone who has mental dementia goes through the stages of incontinence and cannot really care for themselves. But I know that he is in a safe place and that his physical health as well and we really appreciate everything that these caregivers do.

We like their assistant living arrangements as there are nurses there 24/7.

The facility is very clean and the staff stays very engaged. They do tons of activities and seem very relaxed and friendly. The food and snacks are very good and it's a fun atmosphere. The only con is when I go to visit there is hardly ever anyone there to let me in after pressing the buzzer. I sometimes wait 20-30 minutes. I also would like to see better programs on the tv. Comedies or lighthearted shows. (Not Jaws)! The room sizes are somewhat small, however, they are rarely in them.

The staff are wonderful, the cost is pretty expensive, but the tenants are super nice to each other. I think it will work for most people.
