Fairwinds community has been the best, they are undergoing some construction but on a normal day they community is kept very clean. The staff members are always very friendly and the meals are great. The food is better than some restaurants we have been to. They have had some trouble getting people hired post pandemic, but we understand that and they are still providing god service. The activities director has done a great job getting things set up, we recently just went to an opera.

Staff and gresidents are friendly and attentive. Everyone says good morning. Cocktail parties with music and dancing and cocktails are the best, Food selection is outstanding. [Name removed] is wonderful and [name removed] is well organized with the variety of activities offered.

I enjoy having pets at our building .We two rabbits to hold and care for. I am best friends with my roommate and we are very happy and get along great,

I live at Grand Villa and hang out with my best friend and roommate. We enjoy sitting outside . Everyone is kind and caring. and looks out for each other.

Love living here. Lots of comodary with friends. I can workout in our new gym and makes feel so good. Love the grounds, so beautifully landscaped. Grand Villa is cozy and homey.Staff go out of they’re way to help, assist, and just someone to listen to.The food is excellent with lots of choices.

I have lived here 5 years and just love it, Mostly because of the excellent staff and friendships made with other residents.Going to cocktail parties with live music, great food and drinks. I love having a brand new gym to work out in. Grand Villa is the place to be. Great activities, beautiful grounds and feels like home.

Our family had an in person tour and just by the pictures online it was our second choice but once we saw it in person it was our first choice, but they just did not have the room availability we were needing for our loved one.

Fairwinds Spokane felt like a grand hotel. It was absolutely gorgeous. It was just way too big for our loved one's needs. The person who led our tour was really hospitable and nice though, and she took us and showed us around everywhere.

Fairwinds is a very nice facility, it actually would have been a better fit for dad because they have trained medical staff on site. The issue was it was too expensive and he was not the biggest fan.

Grand Villa of Largo was the first community we looked at. It was also the one I chose after looking around. From the warm feel to the caring staff and awesome floor plans, it was the right fit. I enjoy the live entertainment, cooking in the cafe, Friday night movies and our beautiful courtyard. Hands down…….. I live in a five star community……..with a five star chef!

From the day I saw the Grand Villa of Largo and met [name removed], the Executive Director, I knew I had found exactly what I was looking for. He doesn’t hesitate to work right along side of the servers in our wonderful dining room. The housekeepers are fantastic as well as the maintenance team. As for the Med Techs and doctors they bring in, I can’t say enough good things about them either. When I walked through the front doors, I knew I was home.

I have been here for almost three years. I would not choose to live anywhere else. From the Executive Director to the care staff, I could not be any happier. During the pandemic, their concern for me was so great, that I didn't’’t have to worry about myself at all. There are always activities to enjoy and I’ve made a lot of good friends. I would highly recommend this community.

I am a new resident here and enjoy the community a lot. The staff is pleasant and very patient. I am enjoying live musicians a couple of times a week as well as crafts and Bingo. The food is very good and the service excellent. I will be playing the piano in an upcoming talent showcase all of the Grand Villas are having. Wish me luck!

My aunt [name removed] has been there for some time now and I am so happy with the care she receives and how happy she is. The people taking care of her are wonderful and the community is very well ran overall.

Grand Villa of Largo has been my home for almost four years. I would not want to be anywhere else. The staff is phenomenal and go above and beyond to ensure I get the care and assistance that I need. Our Chef is outstanding and serves meals with an emphasis on fresh ingredients. As for our community, we enjoy live entertainment 3-4 times a week, auctions, celebrations and games! I highly recommend our community and love to welcome our new residents.

It's a beautiful facility. The grounds and pool and everything are beautiful. It's like a resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and they pay attention to what you say. I do miss living in a big house, so it has been an adjustment. But it's a very good apartment, and they have a sliding scale on pricing. My apartment has two bedrooms and still has good storage. I have a washer/dryer, which is wonderful. I'm on the second floor, and I like the views from my apartment. There are lots of trees, and it's just really beautiful. It's easy to maintain with maid service once a week, and they change the beds for you. The maintenance people are very accommodating when you aske for help putting up pictures, and anything that needs fixing they fix, which is wonderful. Overall the food is is good as well, except for little personal preference things here and there.

My grandmother has lived here for several years! The employees in every department are very friendly and attend to her every need, she now says this is homerather than asking us to go home. Thank you for making her and us happy.

Grand Villa of Pinellas Park is more than a 5-star ALF. The caring and compassion of the team there is second to none. My mom was a memory care resident at Grand Villa until she had to receive the next level of care due to her declining health and the team there held my hand through the processes as I knew no one could compare to the level of care they gave my Mom. They went above and beyond ensuring my Mom found the perfect rehab skilled facility that had a fabulous memory care unit. I do not live full time in Florida, but I knew my Mom was being cared for as if I was the one taking care of her during her time as Grand Villa. Rest assured you and your family will be happy if you chose Grand Villa of Pinellas Park.
