Assaisi Clare Oaks is five Star! I would recommend Assasi to anyone in need of their care. Your quality of care is excellent! [removed] was with you from January 2016 to March '17, he went from bed-ridden to up and on the go!! Excellent in physical therapy & [removed] and [removed], NA were so very outstanding. I can't even put into words! Thank you

I was a little worried at first with moving my father into this community on how he would do, but so far everything has gone great for him. Nothing is perfect and we have had a few bumps in the road but nothing that has not been resolved. My dad has really enjoyed the food they serve as well as the dinning experience with the other residents. I like that the facility is very clean and always well maintained.

This is a nice community for my mom. The staff are attentive and caring. The meals are outstanding and she is very please with the variety. She is involved with the activies and likes to know that she can get her hair done. We would recommend this community to other families for the care and the value of a loved one.

My mother loves it here, she is very happy. I have been recommending this community to anyone who has asked. It is a great place, they take very good care of my mother and tend to whatever she needs. She will press the button for help and they are there within 2 minutes. When I go visit, they know me. They don't just forget about you once you move in.

When I went to visit my mom, she told me everyone was treating her well and she likes the residents who live there. She is still getting use to the community and it looks like it is going okay so far. I have no complaints. Everybody is extremely caring and when we ask what is going on the staff are upfront. I would recommend and have already recommended the community to someone in need.

I would very highly recommend Clare Oaks to anyone! The care here was outstanding. The staff went above board to help people.

I’m caring for my aunt who has been in assists skilled and nursing and rehab twice. Nurses and staff are professional and supportive. Management follows up. The word ‘caring’ comes to mind my aunt got everything she needed and returned home to live independently. I highly recommend ASSISI!

[Removed] is the very best. She assured our mother that what she needs will be available and she will be cared for very kindly and professionally. Very clean / bright / cheery facilities. Staff very informed and knowledgeable. Very safe environment and emotionally and physically.

Mother had a hard time leaving her house, especially because we didn't feel she could bring the dog (take care of her by herself). The community has a small dog, which helped a lot. Mother loves that little dog. Happy with our choice for many reasons.

Mom is 85 and moved here after a sudden illness where she could not live at home alone any longer. She came on a trial stay for a month and never left! It gives me a peace of mind knowing she is safe and that I can be "just the daughter" and not a caregiver! I love her to pieces and happy she is at Clarendale. They are not perfect, but done of the places are! You get what you pay for. We pay a fair price and get excellent feedback and have a caring team assisting my mom. The changes they have made in the past two months definitely helped in making our decision for her to stay here. GOOD JOB - team Clarendale!

This community was very well kept. We really enjoyed the tour. The staff was very helpful and very friendly and accommodating. The community was clean and neat and the residents looked to be happy. We really liked the place.

I like this community for my mom. The staff is good and they keep me informed on her progress. This is a new community and very beautiful. We are happy with the good variety of meals that she is enjoying. The activities are helpful for her. We would highly recommend this community to other families for the good care and the value of a loved one.

Felt at home since walking thru the door at first site, not at all "nursing home" feeling

Enjoyed our visit to Brookdale Place at Freedom Pointe. The people that work there are exceptional and the facility is beautiful.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. The community is clean and provides a great atmosphere. I didn't have a chance to try the food when we toured but it appears to be fresh and they have options. They offer activities but my in laws choose not to participate.

Everything has been going great here so far. The staff does a great job with trying to handle my step mom. She can be a handful. The community is always clean and neat and so is my step moms room. She does not like the food because she does not get to choose on her level.

Her stay was fine as she was recuperating from surgery, the nurse was very good and the CNA staff also very good. They came within 10 min of the buzzer. Their food was also very good. The therapeutics [Removed] was very good also. The people in the relieving office when she first went there was very helpful and welcoming.

I am very happy with the care at this community. The staff were very nice and caring. He was not alwas happy with the meals. they do offer alot of nice activites. We are planning at sometime to go back to this communty because we liked the care and the staff. The care is a value and we recommend others to this great community.

I found Assisi to be a peaceful, clean, bright & cheerful community. My husband spent weeks in rehab and when finally discharged he was able to walk with a walker, transfer from a wheelchair to bed, car & back to chair. Heprogressed with work in math language & became confident in doing writing & being aware of appropriate topics for social conversation.

We felt safe to leave [removed] in their care which is a huge thing. His sisters were impressed with the visual appearance of rooms, living areas, etc. Food was really great with choices, taste,eye appeal, for stages of swallowing & eating. Showers in each bathroom a plus. All in all it is a wonderful place to stay.
