Very nice place, people, food, apartments. This is a great place to experience independent living. Pool, exercise room with instructors, Three resturants, beauty salon. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Excellent, knowledgeable, caring staff. The facility is excellently maintained and appointed. The one meal we ate there was excellent as well. We highly recommend Clarendale West End.

The staff and activities at the Freedom Pointe memory care facility are by far the best in the area. Before selecting Freedom Pointe for my wife we visited at least 6 other facilities. Some had low levels of staffing and had residents just sitting around in wheel chairs or walking by themselves wandering the halls. Freedom Pointe has exceptional staffing levels and they genuinely care. The residents are encouraged to participate in all activities to the level they can.

My husband's health dictated our move to the Clare. I had no idea how fortuitous that move would be. Eleven years later I could not be in a better place. Wonderful friends, fabulous food and a sense of community. I am so glad we moved in while we could take part in the social life before my husband passed away - everyone was so supportive and consoling. People who say they are not ready to make that move are denying themselves the chance to get involved and be productive before their health fails, as it inevitably does. Do yourself a favor and get on the waiting list. You won't be sorry.

Danberry, nestled in a wooded area in Inverness, has much to offer for anyone considering retirement. Independent living, assisted living and memory care are available. Our hostess for our three visits was [name removed]. She was attentive to our needs and responded to all of our questions. Danberry is a well- maintained, beautiful facility with several programs for their residents to enjoy. I should also mention their chef-prepared meals that would compare with any first-class restaurant. Give Danberry a visit. You will not be disappointed!

I am a son who lives States away to a mother who wanted to remain in Florida. Of course, I was anxious about her going to assisted living and now to Memory Care with my being miles away. Well, my mother is very happy and she has experienced a very devoted staff to her care and this a great relief to me. Certainly there are days that she struggles, the staff always seems to be patient and thoughtful. I always get a prompt response to any questions that I may have from the nurses that work with her. This is critical as sometimes my mother does get confused. I do have a confidence that she is in a very good place which gives me a great peace of mind.

My mom has completed her first year in the memory care unit at The Avalon. There has been a recent overturn of staff and in how the staff covers the residents. I visit three times a week and am not always sure who mom's caregivers are on each shift. That said, her caregivers know her well and I can tell they care for her deeply. If I ever see something in her care that I do not like, I will voice my concern to the directors. The situation is handled and corrected immediately. I maintain regular communication with the memory care director and all staff are aware of mom's special needs. I am very happy with mom's placement at The Avalon.

After three years in independent living at The Clare, I lead a rich, full life here. The activities are amazing and I attend lectures, concerts, a memoir class, an AI class and participate in these activities with like-minded residents. The food is wonderful and there are always many selections. My husband moved to assisted living and then the memory floor where he received wonderful care. My only regret is that I did not come to The Clare when I was still in my seventies.

The Avalon was clean, neat and full of sunlight. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient in answering all our questions.

I LOVE Asbury and can’t wait to move my family member in. The touring staff was wonderful! The outdoor area is so beautiful and relaxing. I can’t wait to bird watch and visit often. Thankful for a safe, gorgeous & exciting community in the Riverbend area!

The facility is beautiful. The representatives at this location are very personable and knowledgeable about dementia and memory issue. There are a lot of activities to keep the residents engaged and active. I can’t wait to move my family member in.

Outstanding community to all the boxes best around and everybody was smiling. I would recommend anybody that’s thinking about making the transition to come and have a look at this building.

A Place for Mom has been extremely helpful in finding the perfect place for mom. The transition was smooth and staff went above & beyond in being helpful. We appreciate the care and services mom receives.

The Roosevelt is a beautiful facility and looks like a 5 star hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping does a great job keeping everything immaculately clean. The menu is exceptional and the dining room staff are wonderful. The Roosevelt stood out from the other 9 places that I toured because of their cost transparency and the quality for the money.

My stepmom has been a resident for a little over a year. I am impressed by the care she receives. The nursing staff is excellent and regularly follows up with me. I highly recommend Heritage at Gainesville

As one who has a mother who is a Senior, I'm always "windowshopping" for possible communities in the event that we would have to make a transition for mom. All things considered, Havenwood would definitely be a place that tops the list of places to consider. From the facilities, the care of the staff, and the welcoming spirit, this place checks all of the boxes for me and I know that my mom would say the same.

[name removed] at the Delaney was wonderful - explained everything and took the time and effort to take us through the entire community even outdoors.

Employees were friendly and seemed sincere. Facility had all the amenities I was looking for in a temporary home.

The staff are wonderful!! Very friendly and attentive. My dad is actually getting involved in most of the activities which surprises me and makes me happy. The place is always clean and I am in there 4-5 days a week.
