Heritage Communities

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this facility. All of the staff where very welcoming and professional during our appointment. They offered us a chance to try one of there meals that they serve and had a great activity program and events for the residents throughout the week. When I had looked at the rooms they had showed us all of them where nicely maintained and kept very clean which was a big plus. It just was not the right fit for my mother but I would recommend this place to anyone looking

My mother is doing much better since her move to this community. So far everything is working out well, and my brother and I am satisfied with her move here. She has been eating well, and we know she is receiving good care. They have a great staff, they have been good to work with. This is a community I would highly recommend, it is a really nice community.

My mother has improved very much since her move to this community. They are providing her with great care.So far it has been a good experience with the staff. She has gotten involved in some of the activities they offer. I've tired a meal during the tour, and the food taste good. I know she is safe, and in a good facility. This has been a good move for her. It is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

The entire staff is really nice and they take good care of my dad. I would say the food is so so. Dad likes to participate in some of the activities involving music. This is a newer community and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms are real nice and they offer a lot of storage. I would recommend this community.

My mom has her furniture in the apartment we selected for her, it worked out well and with the decor of the apartment it is nice. We went on a Sunday to tour, the key people were walking around and it was clean and nice. It was not as huge and it seemed like a better fit. The people were positive and it makes a big difference. She was not ready to be on her own.

The tour went all good and it was very helpful and the sales person did their best to show us all they offer. There was nothing bad about the place. It was all very nice and clean with nice people. They had a community fee of $1500.

The Heritage at Northern hills was a nice community. The place was clean and very well maintained. I was very impressed. The only reason we chose to go with a different community was simply because of location, my father wanted to be closer to us.

This community was fabulous and top notch. The people were out and about. The staff was great and they showed us around and answered all of the questions that we had. They were just to expensive or we would have went here.

I was able to take a tour of this property and thought that it is very beautiful. The staff was very informative about the community and the residents, also about what they had to offer my loved one. They also had a large library that me and my loved one enjoyed. Again I would have chose this place, but it was to costly.

Everything is working out very well. I'am satisfied with everything they have done for us. They are taking very good care of my father and his needs. A place for mom was very helpful. Allison Carmen from a place for mom was amazing to work with. She was great to work with. Overall everything has worked out well for us here.

She has adjusted well and is doing fine. The staff do their best to accommodate my mom's needs. She get help with rehab and joins in a few activities. The staff work well with her.

I toured this facility for my father. It is a nice looking community. Every body was nice and friendly. They a have licensed skilled nurses here. That was a very important aspect for us. My tour went well.

My mother and father moved in as one of the first residents of Orchard Pointe. At that time, the staff went overboard to make sure all residents were happy and content. Unfortunately, my farther passed away while at OP. The staff and hospice care were extraordinary. They helped me and my siblings through a very tough time. My mom has Alzheimers. Thus she does not often remember that dad is gone. The friendly staff helps her when she begins looking for him, and let's her know that he is in Heaven. After 2 directors at OP, Gary is doing a wonderful job. The nursing staff is very prompt and on the ball with my mom (even though she does not have too many ailments). The caregivers are extremely nice and caring. After reading another review, I have to agree with the response time to residents. The caregivers are not often prompt. I would like to see that improved. But, When they are with my mom, they are wonderful. They treat each resident with respect and caring. The activity staff is on the move constantly making sure the residents are entertained. There is so much to do daily. The food has improved. That was an issue with the second director (not the first). All in all, OP is a wonderful place to make sure your parents are well taken care of in their final years. Hugs to all the staff at OP.

We are doing just fine here at this community. It is a good looking facility, they do a good job with keeping our room and the community nice and clean. The staff is pretty helpful. They are accommodating and responsive to our concerns. There are nice activities like exercise classes, and I enjoy the men groups. The food could be better. Everything is working out well and I would recommend this facility.

The only thing I didn't like about Ridgewood is it was on second floor and they couldn't go outside. It was secure and the residents cant get out. It just wasn't the right facility for my husband.

It's been an overall good experience at Benton House of Tiffany Springs. It is a very clean facility. The staff are really friendly here. I don't have any complaints at this time.

The Benton House of Tiffany Springs is a nice community. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent. It's a brand new facility so everything is clean. Overall it was a pretty good experience. I would recommend this place. We haven't had any issues or concerns. The staff and everyone have been very nice and they seem to be very accommodating. I am just very pleased with the Benton House of Tiffany Springs.

Things about this one positive comments. Apartments a little small. Some connected garages available that would have storage - Christmas tree. many common area close the main entrance and a secured building.

we toured this place. but they had nothing available. George was under the assumption that we wanted independent living. We thought he knew that from having stated that at this site. It was a lovely place. A lot of walking for my 85 year old mother. Once George was told we were looking for assisted living, we had to walk even further.We thought the assisted side was a little depressing, but he said Mom could still use the independent living activities. It was way to far for her to walk for that. Not impressed with George and his cell phone. I would think he should be interacting with the people he is showing around and not on the phone all the time.

Beautiful apartments, lovely staff, food could be upgraded.
