Heritage Communities

I am a resident of Orchard Pointe and couldn't be happier. Everyone and takes good care of me. The building is clean and refreshing. There is always something fun to do. I Love calling Orchard Pointe my new home.

We toured Benton house last Saturday. It was a very nice place. Clean and new. Pleasant surroundings and grounds. Small resident population, so lots of personal TLC. The people there seemed very nice. My mom requires dialysis treatments three days a week, and they said they could not meet her transportation needs for that. Follow-up: They called me back later and said they would be able to provide the dialysis transportation. We have already chosen another place, but that was nice of them to follow up with me.

My wife has moved into Benton House of Raymore. Overall, it has been an excellent experience for both of us. It’s a very small community with only about 40 or more residents. As a result, the staff is able to be very attentive to their needs. The nurses are very attentive and are constantly making their rounds during the day to check on my wife and the other residents, and to help them take their medications. The facility is clean and very well maintained. It was built within the past couple of years, so it is still very new. The maintenance man is also top rate. He is always maintaining the facility and grounds to make sure everything is in excellent condition. Really, my wife’s only complaint is the food. I find that they provide complete and nutritious meals, but she wishes it was more like a home cooked meal. All in all, we are both very satisfied with Benton House so far.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and I have no complaints of how things are going for him. The staff have been absolutely amazing to him and I have been comfortable with the care he has been receiving. He loves his apartment and is able to have his TV as loud as he wants it. He has made such great improvements that we think he will be able to come home at the end of the month. I am thankful for this place and would recommend it to anyone interested.

Dad is doing fine he has settled in nicely. He is doing activities and enjoying any social hours they have. He is getting along with the other residents and the staff. The staff is friendly and nice very interactive with all residents. He is enjoying the food very good. The location of the community is perfect close to family.

The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan as well as the other amenities they had for the residents throughout the building. It was a clean property but it was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.

We had hoped we had found a good match for mom once we had toured this community. but after a few days there it was obvious to us that this community was more for the senior independent person verses my mother. The staff was good they were friendly and kind and knowledgeable. The community was well maintained and clean. Mom seemed to enjoy the food while she was there. The level of care my mom needed just didn't match up to what this community offered.

We really liked this community a lot. It seemed to be on the newer side so everything was very clean and fresh. The outside was nice the colors were in the line of the southwest surrounding decor. The staff seemed extremely friendly and kind very personable with the residents. They encourage family and friends to come and participate in activities going on. Seems like a fun place to be.

We toured this community for care. The staff was nice. The community was clean and the atmosphere was nice. They offer activities for the residents. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved.

I have no complaints with how things are going my mother since she has made the move into this community. The staff have been very attentive to her needs and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her while I am away. Every time I call or visit she is always happy and involved in different activities which I am pleased to see. I would recommend it to anyone interested

They had a nice activity list put together for all of the residents as well as a tasty menu. I thought they had a clean property and did a nice job maintaining the building. It was just not the right fit in the end decision for my aunt.

This seemed like a nice community when I visited. The rooms are set up nicely. The people I met were nice. They seem to offer some nice activities. This community just did not seem to work for what we were looking for.

The tour was very informative and friendly. I saw a bigger facility than what I had hoped for. It was clean and a nice facility. However, a lot of the staff would just walk by and not even look at us. A smile would have be kind. I also saw no acknowledgement between the residents and staff. To me it reflects how they would care for the residents.

Unfortunately my sister in law isn't doing as well as we would like since her move to this community. She is still adjusting, but they are trying their best to care for her. This is a great community, and we are pleased with all they have done for overall. There are a few little things we would like to change, but overall we satisfied with her move here. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.

We toured this community. The staff was nice and able to answer the questions that we had. We did not like the environment of the layout. We liked that they did have some activities. I would recommend that families tour the community for the care of a loved one's needs.

The tour I had taken of this community went just fine for my loved one and I. All of the staff where very friendly and made sure to take there time giving my loved one and I a detailed look at there facility. They had a lot of great amenities available to the residents but the atmosphere just did not match the personality of my father.

The activity director, [Removed] tries to put something in for everyone when she organizes the events calanders. The entertainment is great, the decorations are always wonderful, she does an awesome job. Everyone is so friendly and treats you like family. [Removed] the head of maintenance is such a sweetie and works hard to keep everything up to code and the residents happy, and [Removed] who is the head of cleaning goes beyond the call of duty for residents. The food could be better. They need more help on the weekends, but over all it is a great community and I would recommend it.
