I looked at a lot of facilities multiple times. Most had lovely common areas and property but the apartments were small and some outdated. The apartments at the Pinnacle are spacious and well-appointed. The bathrooms and closets are large. I felt excited about making this change. The staff is exceptional. They are smart and warm and very helpful, and it's genuine. They make life easy.

What stands out most about Cottage Grove Place is the people. The staff are kind, responsive, and clearly invested in the well-being of the residents. There’s a strong sense of community here, and it shows in the daily interactions and overall atmosphere. They set a high standard for senior living.

[Name Removed] is a very compassionate and knowledgeable sales associate. The residents living in the assisted living area were out exercising when I arrived and listening to a live musician when I left. I was able to meet the Administrator who was kind and very helpful as well. A very lovely experience and a beautiful space I'd be happy to have my loved one there.

Her first night was scary (for her). She adapted quickly. The staff are great. I would definitely recommend The Providence to others. Yes. It's expensive. But peace of mind that my loved one is safe and happy.

We interviewed 5 places and none stood the test of excellence like The Providence at Fairfax. The entire staff excels in every phase of care, kindness and happiness. They obviously like their jobs as it shows in everything they do. Mother is very happy there and I'm comfortable with the choice we made for her. Activities are numerous with a great range for anyone, dining room is beautiful, staff is attentive and the menu is varied.

5!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my wk at the Landing. I would have like to extend it but I had reservations for FL. My stay at the Landing was like a mini vacation. Great food, friendly staff and residents, and daily activities All I had to do was relax and enjoy it all

Legacy Pointe is a beautiful campus with amazing staff and medical providers. They have taken such great care of my Mother and truly live up to their mission statement by providing “an unparalleled retirement living experience”.

It is elegant but individually paced...delightful experience The Trillium! I would recommend The Trillim to others who are currently searching for a place. I am proud to live at the Trillium.

It's very nice and lots of amenities. Growth is growing faster than staffing which is leaving some growing pains in support staff and food times

1-7 are fives for sure. I'd say item 8 is as well though I don't have a solid sense of what other places charge. We weren't happy with the quality of the first seven categories at other places. The staff are very friendly. And attentive. And they know the resident names and family members as well. The move-in folks are there to make the process as easy as possible. The day of could not have gone more smoothly. The apartments are open and airy. The bathroom is large with a zero-entry shower (this was a deal breaker for us at one place). The activities staff are there to engage the residents. I could go on and on. We are so thrilled.

The community was made up of smart engaging people. I made many wonderful friends! Yes, I would recommend The Landing at Alexandria to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

Food is good but after awhile one looks for a difference. It is the same if you eat at the same restaurant all the time. Yes I would recommend Legacy Pointe to all

The staff is very nice an quick to solve problems when they popb up. The building is clean an food very good as well. I would be very happy to recommend to others to move in here an have already done so already,

my wife and I have lived here for over a year now and we have made friends with other members and staff. The sales team has been wonderful in helping us move in and accommodate our needs. Nursing and dining has given us a great experience as well.

I miss the people. Cleanliness was great They were always friendly The food was excellent, especially the house salad. For me it was very expensive it took all my retirement money and I was one of the cheaper ones. Someone told me some were paying [fee amount] a month. I loved the place, people food and care. It was the administrative staff that was terrible - but that person is gone now.

5 for all of the questions! It was a great decision to move here. It is very friendly. I would tell others looking that I found helpful to eat with residents without staff. Residents will be honest without being overheard. We have many different sizes of apartments. I have a two bedroom two bath apartment. There are one bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartments with a den, 3 bedroom. I think there are at least 9 different configurations. They all have full kitchens.

My mother chose another place to live, but had I made the choice, I would i have gone with the Providence of Fairfax. The building is stunning, the food was excellent and the staff clearly cares about its residents. It was by far the most impressive community we toured and was very welcoming.
