I love living here! It is such a blessing. The staff are all kind and respectful. The food is good with lots of choices. The activities are interesting. My apartment is almost too big for me. My husband likes it too. My son (who has down syndrome and lives with me) has made lots of friends and activities keep him busy. Thank you for guiding me to The Atrium.

The staff is welcoming and helpful and kind. They all know my dad well at this point and are very good to him. There are always activities (planned out a month in advance and listed on their calendar). Weekly shopping trips, group games, live entertainment, bus tours, you name it. Independent living is served one meal a day (lunch), which is a full meal served in their dining room. It is clean, bright, and cheerful. I have never encountered a mess or messy appearance and I visit my dad 1-2 times a week. Finally, the apartment is bigger than I expected. Full private bathroom. Full private kitchen. Spacious living room and bedroom. The price is phenomenal. I love The Willows.

Of the 6 places I visited, this was the best; by far. We knew this was it on the spot. Everything made our experience positive. The place is new, clean, well laid out, t he people where friendly and attentive. The environment was warm and nice; kind of like a good hotel. And it was reasonably priced, by comparison, and conveniently located.

The food service and dining service are horrible. It literally takes 20-30 minutes for someone to come and get drink orders and get them to you. Then it's 10-15 minutes for them to come back and get your food order and then another 20-30 minutes to bring food out. I have yet to get a hot meal. An "always available" menu is set but if you order a hamburger with everything on it you'll likely get hamburger patty on a bun. No condiments or anything else. I received two apartment keys when I moved in on [date removed]. One didn't work so I turned it in and requested a replacement and have yet to get one.

Mr. [name removed] was very attentive to my father's needs and made the transition smooth. My father enjoys the food, and it was wonderful that he was able to bring his two cats to live with him. The apartment sizes are good and provide comfortable living space. Overall, the experience has been positive, though the lighting in some areas could be improved.

Nice place, friendly staff. I love all the porches. They think of all your needs. Library, beauty shop, and podiatrist are all there at certain times for convenience.

Wonderful selection of rooms, very attractive and spacious. The marketing director [name removed] was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions.

Great place! Mom loved it. Clean and friendly and nice sized rooms. Mom was not sure at first but once there she felt at home.

The food is really good. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

They have very fair rates! Their entire building is really clean, and also up to date. There are things for the residents to do there and outside of the facility available by van. All staff are friendly. My dad really likes the food, and he likes having choices at every meal! There are always medical staff available.

I give The Summit a solid 5 . After seven months I am still loving it. The staff is wonderful. They take care of all of our needs with smiles. I've found the residents to be friendly and welcoming. There are so many activities - something for everyone. Lots of choices at mealtime and plenty of snacks and opportunities to party and celebrate special occasions. Advice - Realize that nothing's perfect and you will probably miss some things you had to leave behind, but embrace the new experience. Pack lightly (you don't need a dozen bath towels and four sets of sheets but you will probably need a stapler and a pair of scissors). It's helpful to put a chest of drawers in the closet to hold folded clothes. The closets are large.

They do have good activities but there seems to be some inconsistencies. That's the only reason for a four.

I am very impressed with The Beach House assisted living facility…I was checking out places for my brother and by the end of the tour knew that this was the place for him…it was top-notch in every category and ALL the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to help secure a residence for my brother…

Heritage Oaks is a 5, they were wonderful to my father. The staff is wonderful and the facility is always very clean.

Staff are all friendly & helpful Facility is very nice & there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

We got to see everything in our tour. We have narrowed it down to two. Your facility is that top two.

I’ve been there twice and found Town Village to be an open and airy place with lovely trees and flowers outside. Nice rockers outside for a person to relax. Very calming and clean. I do intend on moving there once my details are taken care of. Many interests, and pets are welcome.

When you walked in, you were acknowledged right away. They were very helpful and addressed all your concerns! They made you feel very comfortable. While on tour, they showed you all their amenities .
