It was very nice I’m considering it for my brother he has the on set of dementia. I liked it because he can move into the memory care unit as he progresses without changing facilities. It was very clean, well organized and the people there seemed very friendly.

After Dad had a stroke and was needing extra care, we visited several senior living environments. But when we arrived at The Ranch Estates at Scottsdale and met [name removed] and her team, we knew we found the right place for Dad. The spaces are clean and inviting as a cruise ship! All the people we encountered—residents and staff—are friendly and welcoming. The common areas, dining room, gym, theater, library, patio and pool, are nicely appointed and well populated with people enjoying themselves. Dad’s 1-bedroom apartment is so spacious and bright, with fresh paint and updated appliances in the full kitchen. It is also quiet, yet steps away from the multiple activities planned each day. Dad loves the food and the fact that the chef is flexible in addressing diner’s requests. And he’s right in there when blackjack or tai chi is happening or some outside excursion is planned. Our family takes great comfort in the fact that 24-hr care is available, allowing Dad to age in place. 5 stars!

In my opinion the food was ok but could be better.. the overall experience was excellent.

The Summit is wonderful. It’s like a resort with many caring competent people running it. Everyone seems very happy there.

The staff is wonderful. They check to make sure dad's OK they anytime I've turned in something that needs to be fixed. It's fixed the next day. They the activities are wonderful. They keep the place very very clean the activities the cleanliness the staff, we don't have food, but they have activities with food and everything is just top-notch. My dad is so happy.

The Highlands is a beautiful facility and we were very impressed with it. The staff was so attentive and informative. They offer so many activities for the people who live there in the memory care area, and the rooms were beautiful. It really felt like a home for the residents.

Very new, clean, and seems well managed. It has an advantage of only having room for 30 assisted living residents so it’s a very calm environment.

I’m very pleased with the experience. The two-bedroom accommodations are comfortable, and there is a good schedule of activities for residents to enjoy. The staff are very caring and attentive. The restaurant is clean and serves good-quality food, with three meals provided every day. Overall, it’s a caring and comfortable place with good amenities and services.

The staff has been very helpful and friendly Her apartment size is the largest out of all the facilities we looked at. She has no complaints about the food. They have a lot of activities for her to participate in.

My friend had a stroke and couldn't be left alone until she had PT and needed daily help...The Beach House was contacted and was on top of it immediately..doo happy to say my girlfriend got a 1 bedroom at the Naples FL location and we both couldn't be happier!!+ She will have wonderful care and She loves the Facility for Assisted living until she can go home!!! Thank you Everyone I spoke with for your quick response and help.. Everyone couldn't have been nicer!! We Appreciate You All!!!

Senior Care Facility Review We couldn’t be happier with our MIL’s new senior care community! From the moment she moved in, the staff has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. The care team and nursing staff, especially those under [name removed] leadership, have been absolutely wonderful. They truly go above and beyond to make sure she feels comfortable, cared for, and at home. Most importantly, she is happy—and she really loves the food!That alone tells us we made the right choice! We are so grateful to the entire team for the care, kindness, and peace of mind they provide our family.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Ranch Estates Senior Community in Scottsdale. The community is welcoming, caring, and provides a comfortable environment for its residents. We truly appreciate everything they do and would happily recommend Ranch Estates to others looking for a great senior community in Scottsdale.

I liked it so much, I moved in. The staff is great, the food is delicious. I have not had a chance to partake in the activities as I have so much to do to get my house on the market. My apartment is very spacious.

What a beautiful property for my mother. The staff is so amazing and helpful. It is located in a perfect spot near the freeway for easy access. The options in the dining area were amazing. I also loved how everyone knew my mother by name.

I recently attended a Family Brunch at this facility where one of my family members resides. When I arrived it was very clean and inviting. The staff was exceptional and made me feel right at home. My family member loves residing there and now I completely understand why. Should I ever find myself looking for an assisted/independent living as such this will definitely be at the top of my list

All the staff is friendly and caring. My dad loves the food and they have so many choices. Someone comes in and cleans every other week and will even make the bed! the 1 bedroom apartment size is perfect for 1 person. My dad is very happy there!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. My copious list of questions was all answered in detail. We were welcomed in the dining room by a number of residents and were even able to spend time with the Dining Services Director. The food was up to a good standard. The accommodation we were shown was appropriately furnished, so we didn't need to use our imagination. The range of activities is impressive. We've put our name on the waiting list and anticipate moving in sometime in 2027.

From the moment I walked through the door I felt like it was the right place for my family member. It felt more like a resort, people were very welcoming and friendly, the facilities were outstanding, I didn’t have to look any further. The facility did not feel like a typical senior living facility. It felt elevated and more of a community. The available activities at this community, we outstanding. The staff, each time speaking with them, answered all my questions and educated me on my options, which I didn’t know until I talk to them there was more than I thought. Absolutely met all of my requirements looking into a facility for my family member. The place was light bright bustling with positive energy. The community of people were very nice warm friendly welcoming. The staff was able to help with all of my questions and helped with my family member where I felt like they would be in a safe and positive environment. It was a godsend.

The staff is super friendly and the prices are the best in the area. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful to everyone. The rooms are very nice and plenty of activities for the residents to choose from. The food is good and you can pick from a menu.

I spent 3 days there a few weeks ago, and everyone I met was incredible. Everyone seemed very attentive to all of the residents and I appreciated that. My dad has complained about the food a few times but I never ate it so I can't speak to that! Overall, we are very pleased with the facility and everyone involved.
