The building was beautiful and the apartments seem lovely and functional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of activities and amenities to keep seniors fit. Heck, I want to move in and I'm not yet 40! My only complaint is that some of the social rooms seemed small, but I missed the movie theater which looks big in the picture.

So far things have gone very well at Sedgwick Plaza. They've done a great job looking after my loved one. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and they really make an effort to get to know the personalities and needs of each resident as an individual.

My father was only here for nine days before he broke his leg and had to go into rehab, but I am hopeful that it will be a place he can enjoy once he gets settled in and gets to stay. It is a smaller community, only about 50 residents, and it is very homey. I like that you walk in the front door and you feel like you're walking into someone's home. He gets a lot of attention from the staff, who are very caring. I am excited for him to get back here, I really think it will be the best fit for him in the long run.

They seem to do pretty well so far. I liked the rooms they had the best out of the other places that we saw, it seemed like an apartment more than a room, and I liked that it wasn't a huge complex to walk around in. The people that worked there were really nice, and it seemed to be a good value for what we saw.

Originally I think that they mis-assessed her. She was confused initially and there just wasn't enough staff in the assisted living side. They would come when she called, but she needed to be a lot more self sufficient. It was quite nice, but they had other people to look after. They did keep me notified of when and why. Getting her in was a miracle, they were able to get her in very quickly. They are good about activities in the Alzheimer's section, the food is pretty good. They keep it pretty clean and the staff is very friendly. All in all it's a pretty good place.

Beautiful place. Very independent care. Best for high functioning seniors that want to live an active life style. Residents seem to be upper class.

My trip to Town Village was eventful. Somehow I got turned around, also very unfamiliar with the area I happened to turn up over an hour late. I should have looked at my trusty map a little bit sooner. Anyway I went in and they were all very happy I had made it, gave me some water and we went on our tour. It was a very nice place, clean, everyone( workers, residents) seemed to have a smile on their face, which says something to me. (to be continued)

A lovely facility; clean, staff were friendly & very helpful; would recommend to anyone.

Visited the facility twice. On both occasions Dad immediately wondered off on his own and began making friends. This was on of the main reasons for our decision.

They are very clean, and the staff is friendly too. The food is about a 3, I thought it was very good, but I have heard complaints. I am pleased about where he is at. I really liked how helpful and friendly the people were. I liked the outdoor area, they have a really nice courtyard, nice and shady.

Larger community. Rooms and common areas were nicely decorated. Like the pool and outdoor areas.

Overall, this place is kept very clean, but there are definitely areas of improvement here. For one, the communication with the staff could use some improvement. Also, it was a very rocky start in the beginning because my loved one was pretty much left in her room with no instructions as to how things worked. There was no orientation or anything, and it took them several days to let her know what to expect.

Overall they do a great job here! One thing that really stands out is that the dining service here is excellent. The dining staff do a great job of serving you, and the food is delicious. The person in charge of the meal service has been there for years, and obviously enjoys the job. They also do a good job with the activities. They've got a very good variety, as well as plenty of trips and outings to various restaurants, errands, and entertainment.

Very Helpful and friendly. We have moved Mom in. The food is wonderful and everyone is so friendly.

They had more and more residents with memory issues, and my loved one doesn't have memory problems and it was hard to form social relationships. The staff were all very nice. There were people that had been working there since they first opened up. For the most part the food was good. They serve the big meal at lunch and the supper meal is smaller.

Very nice facility. Good size units. Balconies. Pool. Jaimie very helpful.

Similar size facility as Montara Meadows. Newer. Very nice set-up with attached memory care. Met with Barbara and Kim. Cendrene was not there and was not aware of appointment. Barbara and Kim filled in and were very helpful. Unit is set up well. Staff was very friendly. Residents appeared to be happy and very proud of there facility. Resident showed us her studio apartment which was very nice and she is very happy to live in the facility.

Beautiful, friendly, clean. I have more positive comments, but unfortunately it is a distance from my church. But I haven't taken Town Village off my list

They seem to do a good job here, my loved one is enjoying herself. She's enjoying many of the activities they provide, which include bingo, singing, rides to various places, etc. The staff have all been very friendly, and they generally keep the place clean. I did take a point off for cleanliness because my loved one had an issue with her plumbing that it took them a bit to get fixed.
