We're very very happy with this place so far, we have no complaints! I'd have no problem recommending this place to anyone looking into care options!

they were great, but she was only there about two months, and she shouldn't have gone there. They take very good care of people, but it is assisted living, not skilled nursing. It's a different level of care and they're not supposed to be doing what she needs. They don't have memory care. They tried, the staff was great, but for the individual people mom forgetting this or that was too much for them. It's hard because people get way worse the day after you move them! I had wanted to get her into Heritage Woods because I would like to get her back into White Oak. White oak associated with it, so you can get on the waiting list better.

Very nice facility. Sylvia answered all my questions and a very nice person to talk to. The staff all seemed to enjoy their jobs and truly wanted to help the residents. They were having a Thanksgiving meal when I visited, so I got to sample the food first hand. Food was very good. Got to sit with Georgia(a resident) and her son and daughter-in-law. They provided a good idea of how things ran at Heritage Woods.

We have a relative there and it's good. It's like a small apartment. It was really nice and the convenience of having your meals provided is really nice. They do two meals a day for you. She never got involved in the activities but they do have them. She not there right now and she still has to pay. Her daughter came into town and she's not able to stay there so I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Love the area, no way to afford it

My mom is very happy with Heritage Woods of Belvidere.

It's facility is lively and the residents appear happy. This is a number one choice

They were very nice there. A little on the pricey side but very nice. There were lots of activities and things going on. Unfortunately, my mom has dementia so she can't really partake in a lot of stuff, which is kind of a bummer.

Really liked the location and working with Becky. This place seems very cozy, clean, and has a good staff to resident ratio. Becky has gone above and beyone to help me in my situation with my mom. This would be my top choice.

I'm a nurse practitioner and the patients that I see love it here!

Looking forward to seeing the renovations. Definitely liked the community and location.

This facility was very nice as well but a little too far for me to travel on a daily basis. I think we could get something nice within his budget.

We were looking for Assisted Living and they were Independent Living. They were great providing all the information that I asked for.

This was in our top 2 but we needed to move into a community immediate and they had a waiting list. It is a big and beautiful community and just lovely. It is a multi level community. The person that gave us the tour was very friendly but he is no longer working there. The community is gorgeous and it would be very nice for some people. The food was ok.

It was very hard finding a place that offered a two bedroom apartment, but Green Tree does and that was a big deal for us. The location is very convenient from my home and my work. There have been some issues with the laundry and housecleaning service not getting done, which is why I scored lower on their Care Services. It is too early to determine Green Tree's value so I scored it in the middle for now. The place is absolutely clean and the staff has been very understanding and welcoming to my loved one. Of the several places I toured Green Tree at Post Road was one of the few that took time to show me around, they allowed me to ask all my questions, and they followed up with me. They seemed they really wanted my loved one to live here. Other places were disappointing in that regard. My only suggestion for Green Tree is to provide its residents with an orientation package so that they know how to report maintenance issues or how to schedule transportation to their doctors appointment. There should be a list of general information of procedures and contact info to share with the residents who are capable of scheduling their own transport or maintenance repair.

This one is a possibility. My Dad liked it.

Does not take Medicaid, but it's sister communities do and she would have precedence on moving to one of them when her funds run out.

Liked this very much. Narrowing down to three at this point.

Beautiful place. Caring staff. Happy residents. Very reasonably priced.
