I was very impressed the minute I entered the facility. So many activities are offered. The unit was very spacious.i got to sample the food which was very good. [name removed] and [name removed] were very nice and made me feel welcomed. Over all I am looking forward to moving in.

Our overall experience moving Dad has been thoughtful, attentive, and proactive. Dad is comfortable in his room. Large enough to fit all he needs to feel at home. All staff is eager to help in any way. Nursing has been very organized for his medical requirements. Dad enjoys his meals and several daily activities are available to stay active and have some fellowship.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and sympathetic. The food was good, and there was a variety of activities. The cleaning staff and maintenance were nice. I had a sink and TV problem, and both were fixed quickly. The studio is small, as expected. I would like it better with no wall, as the [community removed] seems much more open. However, I knew that when I moved in. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone considering assisted living.

We had a wonderful experience touring this facility as we considered care options for our loved one. The staff was caring, attentive, and welcoming, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. The facility was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the warm atmosphere. The tour gave us confidence that our loved one would be in good hands, and we would highly recommend this facility to anyone exploring care options.

We have had the occasional times they don't pick up her garbage every day but mom talked to someone and it seems to be better. mom likes most of the food. mom hasn't taken advantage of the activities yet but I think she will in time. I'm not sure how to answer the value for cost. It seems very expensive but she is safe and happy and that is priceless and I would recommend The Grand Victorian.

My mom has been at Bardwell since January. She was weak from hospitalization and rehab. The staff was very attentive in getting her into the daily meal schedule, helping her dress and transporting her in wheelchair to meals. Tho she tires easily, she now participates in Bingo 3x a week. Has made friends with staff and her dining table mates. She enjoys the outdoor courtyard area, summer cookouts. Due to poor eyesight, there is much she can't do but she is content. Her apartment gas great natural light and family and friends visit weekly. She isn't always thrilled with meals low flavor but staff is always looking to improve. The cnas, nurses, support staff, kitchen and servers are helpful and attentive. There are many amenities, my mom appreciates the beautician, manicures, and other sign up sheets for dental and podiatry. Also, transport has been great for my mom as she sees a couple medical specialists in Aurora

I liked this place. It was not too small, but yet not too big. The facility was clean and orderly. The residents were out and about and they knew the person giving me the tour. Definitely considering this place as a home for my loved one.

The food is great and it is a beautiful place for our family member. They had availably for immediate move in

Our experience with Carriage Crossing was wonderful. Everyone there bent over backwards and forward to make sure our Mom was taken care of. Her stay was very short since she died July 3. We did hire outside 24/7 care her last 3 days. We would highly recommend for people looking for clean facility, friendly staff and a great chef.

Everyone has been very caring. They have many activities for those who can participate. My husband likes the food and they have a wide variety. His room is nice sized for one person.

The staff is great. They have helped my sister get to and from her Dr. Appointments. The food is healthy and there are choices at all the meals. They ask for the residents input for meal suggestions. The one bedroom apartment is plenty big for her and they have someone come in and clean each week. Included in the price. Activities such as euchre on Friday nights and themes to make it fun. She loves the seated exercise classes. Everything is clean and it is a great value for the price.

My father loves the staff, residents, food, and his apartment. Definitely one to consider. It's not fancy - not "resort-like" but it's comfortable for him.

[name removed] does not participate in the activities. She has her meals brought to her. The people who bring her meals to her are caring and polite. The communication with the medical staff has been good. I always feel welcomed when I come into the building. The one concern I gave is with housekeeping. Her apartment is not cleaned as often as it should be.

She loved the staff and the food, she loved playing bingo and the craft. The nurses take great care of her and she enjoys their attention. She had a serious fall that required multiple stitches and they got her to the ER and back again safe and sound before I could check in. They were wonderful.

Staff was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating to my mom's needs. They genuinely cared about her well being. The food was okay. The apartment was bright, sunny and very clean. The building itself was clean and didn't feel like an assisted living facility. Always smelled clean and fresh.

It feels like old Huntley when you walk in. My mom and I grew up there from the beginning. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families if they didn't need a lot of attention. Or had health issues. the dinning area is not as clean as it could be especially the floor. The whole place is quite dark. Warm is nice but especially the dinning area is dark. I know they are doing some remodeling and are hoping this includes the lighting. The nursing/medical staff seams a bit disconnected for actually being on top of each other and only having an est. 80 residents. Overall its age is starting to show. It does feel less corporate than most which is nice.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff is kind , helpful and friendly. Lots to do bingo, exercises, singing, movies, crafts, outdoor courtyard , outings to stores, rides to the doctor, and lots more.

We recently toured Heritage Woods of Canton while looking at options for our mom and dad, and we were pleasantly surprised by our visit. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a group of residents who were so friendly and welcoming. It immediately gave us the feeling that this was a place where people know each other and feel at home. The community was comfortable, warm, and inviting, and we could really picture our mom being happy there.

We recently toured John Evans Supportive Living Community while exploring options for our parents, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The community has been beautifully renovated and is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We were especially thankful to learn about the financial assistance options available, which opened our eyes to a possibility we didn’t realize was available for our family. It was reassuring to see a place that offers a caring environment while making quality senior living more accessible. We left feeling encouraged and grateful that this could be an option for our parents.

They are the most caring, considerate, compassionate, thoughtful and loving group of staff members I have ever experienced. The facility has been a very excellent choice for my mother in law to move into. The facility is very clean, very helpful with residents and the staff has acted immediately when we needed someone right away. I would totally recommend Reflections to anyone.
