My loved one was a resident at Azalea Gardens Memory Care and the experience was terrible. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Activity director is worst they have had in years. She never engages with any of residents unless they are a few of the ladies. That she has them participate in every activity. The others are left out. She is loud, rude, and very unprofessional. I go on weekends so I don't have to leave with a headache. If she works on weekends I make my visit with family quick. I won't go into other details about activity director. The other staffing are great. Food needs a do over and better cooks.
