The facility is clean. The staff is very caring to residents and family members.

The sales manager is incredible helpful and super understanding. The administrative have also been really easy to work with.

I have been very pleased with my interation with the staff. They were very welcoming, and were very accomodating in getting my loved one in there. They could improve on the food. They are often short staffed, with the company that they contract with for speech therapy. It's very convenient for us, and I like the staff.

This was an older community. It was in disrepair, and not clean. The gal that worked with us was good, but she had little to work with.

They are doing a great job with my loved one. They are doing well with, keeping my loved one engaged and stimulated. They could do better with communication. They don't have visiting hours in the evening, which makes it a bit of a challenge to visit our loved one more often. They should be more accomodating.

Rocky start. New director is making positive changes. Turn over frustrating. Hard to keep housekeepers and nurses. Ok at present. Some staff much better than others . Day shift is outstanding. Afternoon not so much. Also, I would like to add that the practitioners from Bloom healthcare are outstanding and exceed my expectations.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I would also make sure you know what you are looking for for care, and to make sure you are sold the correct care your loved one needs. The staff communication with the family is great and they are responsive. There are three meals served a day. It would be nice to see more diversity within the community's population.

Overall, it has been a positive experience. The people are nice and helpful. I would recommend this community to other families.

We could not be happier with the staff members and the quality of care our loved one is receiving it is amazing. We have not had a meal there ourselves but from what we have seen of the meals it looks to be nutritious with a wide variety and appropriate meal portions. Even though our loved one has not participated in the activities they have a schedule with what we can see and it looks great. We would 100% recommend Brookdale Reidsville to other families and if we ever need their services we will be going there.

Brookdale North Fremont is a Home away from home. It’s one place I will recommend for families who are looking for Home for Mom or dad . Their staff were very caring and and develops a good Interpersonal relationship with the residents. They encourage residents to participate in their daily activities and I noticed most of the residents have fun socializing with others. I love how staff used their therapeutic touch and communication with each individual. Staff and management make sure of the safety and well being of all their residents like their own . Families and visitors are welcomed with smiles and management deals with any concern the family have for the residents and coordinate it accordingly. I will give meals 3.8/5 rate, not bad but I’m sure it will get better. Bring your love one in this Happy Place!

I toured this community and it was ok. It was a little more run down than we expected. The bathrooms could use some retouching of tile/grout and new paint. The rooms were smaller for the same price as some of the other places we looked at with larger rooms. It was clean and everyone was friendly. Not a bad place, but not quite what we were looking for.

Very supportive of patient's pets.

I believe they stay "on top" of their people. I picked this community because of the price that was offered. My loved one who has dementia, complained their space and problems in the bathroom. My loved one seems to be happy enough now.

Brookdale is recovering from a change in management as well as a change in some of the caregiving staff. The changes have been positive and have been a definite improvement. One or two 3rd shift caregivers still are not giving it their best but I think that will be dealt with soon as well. I would recommend them, in spite of a few flaws and a few hiccups, I still think Brookdale is the best in the area.

I have been able to be invited to the community as a experience care provider to see the ends and out and lm happy to say the residents seems happy and adjusting to a new living. They have a awesome work team and I really like the activities and how they bring different theme's each month.

I have always been treated with kindness, friendliness and respect.
