Brookdale

This community has stood out to me above all other places that I had toured. Since moving my mother into this facility she has made friends with many of the residents and has really enjoyed many of the activities they offer throughout the day. The staff have been amazing and have treated her like royalty. I am very pleased with the services they have provided my mom and would recommend this place to anyone.

This community is outstanding. They went out of there way to meet my father before he moved in. On Veterans day they had a beautiful ceremony.They drove to another city and greeting him very nicely. The community is so beautiful. A very warm feeling. Alot of social activities to join with others. They play cards, bingo movies. The food is wonderful and he is pleased with everything, We would highly recommend this community for the outstanding care and value.

Mom had made some new friends at Brookdale. They help to make sure she attends the meals and encourage her to participate in the daily activities. She likes the staff and they are helpful. She loves the food. The community is always immaculate when I go there and I would recommend this community.

Mom seems to be adjusting well. Making friends with both staff and residents. She has only been there a couple of weeks so we are still fine tuning this change. It helps to have her dog with her. We are really pleased with Brookdale Port Orange and would recommend this site highly.

Everything is working out very well for my parents at this community. It has been a good helpful experience. They seemed to be doing well here. The staff is excellent, they are providing my parents with good care. There are plenty of activities available for the residents. They do a good job keeping the community well maintained. They are satisfied with the meals. Overall I'am very pleased,and I would recommend this community.

The staff keep the residents active. They are helpful when I am there and they keep me informed. They want what is best for each resident and they staff according to the residents schedules. Mom is enjoying the food. A few of the things that helped us chose this community are we thought mom would like the layout and the staff were so friendly. I like their philosophy and I would recommend this community.

This is a great care community for my mom to get wonderful care from alot of great caring staff members who care alot. This community is very clean and nice. My mom seems to be happy with the meals and variety. She is not participating in the activities at this time. I have highly recommended this community others families for outstanding care and value.

I found the staff at Brookdale Summer Ridge in Rockwall TX to be terrific, extremely helpful, comforting, understanding, and accommodating in every way. They are organized and on top of issues. The facility is open, nice and light, very clean and tidy, smells good, has a variety of programs to offer the residents, and an appealing daily menu. I look forward to a good relationship with them as they help us care for our mom. Thanks and appreciation to all members of the staff.

Lanier Place is truly about families and people. It's never an easy decision to place your loved one but knowing they're taken care of by compassionate and loving people who truly care about them and their families makes the decision much easier. We're so grateful for everyone who treats our family member as if they were their own

My father is doing great with this community. He is active with playing the piano when they have activities. He enjoys Bingo. We are so happy to see a community that is more like a home atmosphere and not a hospital facility for him to call home. We toured another community, but this environment helped us make the decision for him to move this community. Dad is seeming to like the meals. We would highly recommend this for other families and there loved ones for great care and value.

I toured this community. The staff was nice and did answer all of our questions. They appeared to have alot of activities that are offered to those who want to participate. We wanted something closer to home, but this is a great community with nice staff members.

I am very impressed with the facility, its fantastic and clean. i have not found anything bad or to complain about. All the staff are friendly and helpful. What is interesting and I like to see is when my brother gets out to the dining room or to the back patio or crossing the front desk, everyone acknowledges him by his name, it makes you feel like your suppose to be there and not a stranger. He is enjoying the meals and has gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks. It is great, I had a couple meals and I am impressed. His favorite meal is breakfast and chooses eggs, oatmeal, and cranberry juice. He has not yet started activities they offer, he is acclimating himself until he gets to know the surrounding. Some people are helping and reaching out to him. The location is pretty, out the window he can see the river and we have gone out and walk down the river. He likes to be away from the city, the outdoors is what he likes. I would and have already recommended the community

I have no complaints about the care my mother has been receiving at this community. The housekeeping does a great job at keeping her bedroom nicely maintained as well as the rest of the building. The staff have been very friendly and are always attentive to her needs. I overall have been very pleased with everything this place has offered her and would highly recommend it.

The staff of Brookdale Port Charlotte take great care of my grandmother, and very attentive to her needs, and independence. They're consistent with cleanliness and maintenance. Food is always good, and they offer her lots of activities, shopping trips and family events, so we can all spend time together. She's very happy, as are we.

I am very impressed with this community and the variety of services they have been providing my loved one. The building has lots of fresh plants and natural light throughout the building so that the residents feel right at home. My brother has also really liked how well the staff have taken care of him, they are always interacting with him and making sure he is enjoying his day. I have already recommended this place to many people and will continue to do so to anyone looking for an assisted living.

The community is clean and has a positive atmosphere. The staff is great, they caregivers are very present and have a good understanding of the needs of each resident. I never have to guess which caregiver is watching my husband, The residents all seem very happy. The meals are probably the only thing that could use some improvement. I tried one myself, it was chicken and it did not really impress me. Overall I am pleased with my decision to choose this community.

I am very happy with my choice to move into this community. The staff is very professional and prompt. The meals are delicious. They are very healthy and always have a lot of vegetables. I wish they would serve some mashed potatoes, that would make my day. The place is kept very clean . There are a variety of activities available at all times such as bingo, poker, and arts and crafts. The residents are very friendly I've made a lot of new friends!

Loved talking with [Removed] and touring. I think this will be the right size place for Mom's memory care. Cosy atmosphere. Mom, also, found it to be comfortable in size and friendly. She hopes to move in soon.
