Brookdale

This is a nice community with great staff members that are very kind. The community is clean and we are happy with the variety of meals that are offered. We do like that he is making friends and socialization is nice for him. We do recommend this community to other families for good care for a loved one.

This community is outstanding. The staff is caring and attentive. The menu is appealing and he is happy with the meals that are offered. They do offer a lot of activities that are offered for him to join the other residents. We do recommend this community for the great care and value for other families.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful when we looked at Brookdale Beckett. I was impressed with them. We decided against them because of the cost.

My brother loves living at Brookdale. The staff are nice and they take good care of him. He likes the food and they keep the community clean. They offer a lot of daily activities. I would recommend this community.

I am very happy with the care that my father is getting in this nice community. The staff are nice and always helpful to his needs. My mother is liking everything so far and is very pleased with how things have been going. The staff have been very helpful with getting her adjusted and acquainted with the other residents in her new living environment. She has been loving all of the food which is a huge plus for my family as well as the Sunday drives they take all of the residents on. Overall this is a great place and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

My dad insisted that he did not want to leave his Home of 50 years. He needed care 24/7 so it was too costly to have him stay at home . His doctor put him in rehab for a few weeks at a place that seemed more like a hospital and he hated it there. Then I found Brookdale. I asked him if he would consider moving to an apartment in a retirement community. He said he would consider it. We went to visit Briokdale and he was pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful it is there. We were invited to stay for lunch and the food was delicious. My dad has bee at Brookdale for nearly 2 months now and is very happy. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I am very happy I found Brookdale For him.

I toured this community and I liked the staff who were able to answer the questions we had on the care that is offered. They do offer activities for the residents that want to participate. We suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

The tour of Brookdale Topeka was positive.The staff was friendly and answered our questions.

My husband was here for a respite stay. I was out of town while he was there and they updated me often and let me know how he was doing. They seem to take good care of them and he was happy.

Met with [removed] at the facility and was impressed with both her as a person, very helpful, honest and sincere, and the facility and what it has to offer, made me feel much better about the process of finding my mother suitable care and a home.

My mother has only been at Brookdale for 3 weeks but has settled in very nicely. All the staff she and I have encountered have been very kind, friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to establish a personal relationship with her that is sincere and respectful. This includes the sales staff, nurses, aides, maintenance supervisor, and wait staff in the dining room. They have also been readily available to answer my questions and respond to any concerns.

This is a beautiful, modern, clean facility that would be my choice if it had assisted living. It is expensive but well worth it and it is close to where I live. Everyone was friendly and appeared happy. 1947 Woman

This is the only place I will ever consider having my mom. Brookdale NIagara (was sterling house niagara when our Aunt [Removed] was here), They took great care of our Aunt and so far my Mom loves it here. Her suite is so nice with two large windows, a kitchette, walk in closet thats bigger than mine, and a huge walk in shower. I forgot that some of the rooms have larger living rooms as welll. Many of the staff have been there for years and it speaks to their commitment to the residents. We already know how kind that staff are to the people living there. The food is exceptional and we have all had a chance to eat lunch with mom. We feel like mom gets so much special attention. She seems happy, and safe, and important again. This is exactly what we hoped for. Thank you to APFM for pointing us in the direction years ago...

We toured this community. This would have been our other choice for good care. The staff is nice and able to answer the questions we had for the care. The list of activities looked appealing for they would have been helpful for her needs. We recommend this community for the care and value for families.

My mother is starting to adjust at Brookdale Foundation House. She isn't getting involved in activities but they do pass out flyers so she knows what's going on. We chose Brookdale because it was very spacious, clean and seemed social when we toured.

I toured this community and the staff was nice and very professional and caring. The variety of the menu was nice and appealing. They offer a nice menu variety. The activities would have been offered for the residents who wanted to participate. We would recommend that families tour this community to see if this is what they want for a loved one for the value and care

My parents are happy to be apart of a good community. We have no complaints with the care or experience. The staff get my parents involved with activities and take them on scenic drives or shopping with the residents. The apartment my parent have is spacious with a nice view from their window. I liked that all the Brookdale's work together to find a good fit within their Brookdale properties.
