Brookdale

The staff have been fabulous about working with us to address some minor issues we had when mom first moved in. She really likes the staff. Mom is eating well. They have entertainers come in they have a morning exercise class and they offer bingo. The community is very clean and I would recommend it.

Lovely, low key home. Nothing fancy but well maintained. Nice, spacious apartments with balconies or patios for each and an amazing amount of storage space and good pricing.I really enjoyed talking to [Removed] and I feel this may be the best option for my husband.

This facility is wonderful. Mom and I had lunch with [Removed] and we also had time with [Removed]. It was a very productive day. I am 100% Comfortable leaving my mom here for respite care in May and December thanks to [Removed] and [Removed].

This Brookdale location is great! Though my primary concern is the fact that rooms and facilities are not cleaned and maintained as often as I would like, the staff is very helpful and receptive to resident and family requests, and any issues are addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. One of the staff members even went the extra mile and cleaned my loved one's bathroom herself when it started to become dirty. Overall, I am pleased with Brookdale!

I liked thsi community but there wasn't a lot of green space. If it were up to my dad he would be outside all day. I liked that the layout of the community was like a village. They had a general area where you could get your hair cut or shop. They nice western style store fronts.

We were very pleased with this Brookdale location! My loved one was very much taken care of at this facility, as the staff were friendly and the faciltiy was well maintained. We had no complaints about this Brookdale location!

Our friend's current stay at this Brookdale location is going great! He very much enjoys this facility, as it offers the care and amenities that he needs and wants. Overall, this location is very nice and we have no complaints!

Mom is quite happy in her recent move to Santa Catalina. Thanks to their help the move went smoothly and she has met several new neighbors. She is enjoying the activities too!

I liked this community. We did not choose it because Mom's memory care needs weren't in the advanced stages yet. We felt she didn't need to be in a locked facility.

The people are really nice and go the extra mile to help and answer questions. I've had only positive experiences at the Smithfield location. My mom has some dementia and we know it's only a matter of time befor she will have to go to a memory care facility. Thankfully, Brookdale at Smithfield has a memory care secure unit on site so the transition will be easy and convienant for mom and our family. The facility is very clean and neat. When you walk in you don't feel like you are at a facility, you get the sence your at someones home and that is wonderful!! They have diffrent levels of care all based around the needsof the individule. I would recomend this assisted living "Home" to anyone.

I would recommend this community because they really went out of their way to help us. We knew when we were looking that it would be temporary and they bent over backward to accommodate us. I would give them 5 starts on being flexible. Sometimes we would come up with a thought and they came up with a better one. The facility is clean and beautiful. The people in the finance department have been flexible with us, everyone is very helpful.

I couldn't be any more satisfied with this community. My mother is doing wonderful since her move here. The staff is great. They are very caring, and proactive. The community is nice, and clean. They offer nice meals, and good activities. This is a community I would recommend, my mom is well here.

This is a outstanding community. We like this community for the cleanliness. The menu is very good and I like knowing that the is happy with the menu. The activities have been very helpful for her and she is enjoying a lot of communication with the other residents that are participating with her. This community is wonderful and we recommend this community for the care and the value to other families

I cannot express enough good things about the quality of service and care that was provided to my brother and I when looking for a home for our mom. We were in a situation were our mom had to be relocated from her home to a senior living facility in a matter of weeks. We spent the day visiting other facilities in Reno Area and our last visit was to Brookdale in Sparks. We knew the minute we walked in this was the place for our mom. We were pleasantly greeted by [Removed] who provided us with the tour. We were never pressured into anything or felt like we were in a car sales lot. The facility, staff and convenience of many other amenities are beyond comparison. Not to mention [Removed] who also made our mother feel at home. We are so great full we had come across this place our mother can really call home. Needless to say we signed and our mom was in her new place withing 10 days...thank you to everyone especially [Removed]

My loved one is doing very well since her move. The people there are bending over backward to make things work financially. They have worked with us. The facility itself is is like a 5-star resort, they take good care of her and it has been a good fit. The other residents are friendly.

My loved one is already calling Brookdale home! The grounds of this location are kept clean and the staff is very friendly. There are plenty of activities that my mother likes to participate in, such as day trips, exercise classes, baking and crafts. We especially liked the private rooms and the fact that we could personalize the rooms to make it feel more like home.

I like this community for the care for my mom. I like the staff for keeping me informed on her progress. The community is clean and maintained. The variety of healthy meals are very good and she is enjoying the variety. They offer a lot of great activities to help her stay active. We highly recommend the care and value of this community to other families.

From the first day my sister started getting better. I should have placed her there first!

Our tour of Brookdale was very nice and they were informative. We decided against them because the price was too much.

They are the best on handling my brother. Calming him down from leaving and going home. A lot of co-operation with the staff. Thanks alot
