I like this community. And the staff are caring and attentive to my needs. The variety of the meals is outstanding and healthy. I like that they offer a lot of activities for me to participate with the other residents. The community is very clean and this is a nice place to live. I recommend this community for the great value that is offered and the care to other families.

I toured this community for care. I liked the staff who were helpful and showing me the community. We found it to be clean and the menu was appealing. They have a lot to offer families and we would recommend other families to this community for care of a loved one. This community was not close to the area we were wanting.

The facility seemed new, bright, had several indoor and outdoor spaced to commune in. Although it is confined, it didn't seem so and allowed residents to find a quiet space to be alone if they wanted without being confined to their room.

Beautify facility with truly caring staff members and great meals. Lots of activities to stimulate memories. My Mother has been in there for over 1 1/2 years and I would never take her anywhere else.

I toured this community I did not like the small rooms. The community had a odor from something that had been cooked and that was not good. We know that they have activities for the residents. Families might want to consider a tour of this community for the care of a loved one.

I like this community for the care for my father. the staff have always been nice and let me know if there are any changes. the community is clean and the atmosphere is nice. The menu of health meals are appealing. We like that he is active with the other residetns. We would highly recommend the care and the value of the community to other families.

This has worked out to be a good move for my brother, and his needs. I'am satisfied with the everything they have done for our family. This is a good community with nice people. I couldn't say enough positive things about this community. It is a very nice facility, and my parents are doing very well since their move here. My siblings, and I am very pleased with all they have done for us. We needed a quick move for my parents, and they were very accommodating with everything. We were able to get them moved in within a week. They have a great staff, and they have been very friendly, and helpful. They do a good job with the cleanliness. When I visit everything is well-kept. When I go to visit they look good, and healthy. We have no complaints about this community, and would highly recommend it.

We are extremely pleased with my father's stay at this Brookdale location! The staff are very involved with patients. In fact, just the other week, the staff invited a big group of residents out on the lawn to relax and talk with one another, which thought was very nice. They are also very responsive and seek to resolve issued quickly. The food is excellent as well! There are served in generous, healthy portions, which my father enjoys. Overall, this is a phenomenal facility!

I had a tour with the community and the representative did good. I thought it was an old facility. The people were nice to me when I had my visit. It was not the right fit.

We were impressed with everybody in the community. They showed us kindness and were willing to help our new transition. When touring the facility we felt it was not a good fit. It is a huge community with many residents, since mom comes from a small town we wanted something smaller.

My mom is settling in, doing quite well, and she is happy. My sister and brother pick her up often to take her out. They say all the staff are nice when they visit. My mom says the food is wonderful. She eats her meals restaurant style and she sit with the same people. It was nearby to my siblings and it is a smaller community. We thought she would be more comfortable in a smaller community. We have not had any problem yet.

Staff is excellent and very caring. My brother and I have both been impressed thus far (2-1/2 weeks) by the way our mother is cared for - and the communication from the staff. They go out of their way to help our mom (and us) to adjust to assisted living. Facility is excellent and very clean.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one at this community. The staff have been wonderful and have provided her with excellent quality of care. She has had no problems with the food and enjoys participating in activities with the other residents throughout the day. Overall its been a great experience for her and we are very happy.

I am so happy my mom is living at Brookdale Mentor. The community and all of the staff are wonderful to work with, any problems or concerns are quickly addressed and communication is good.
