We have liked the care from this community. The staff is caring but they do need more staff available. The community is clean and maintained. The menu is outstanding and we have liked the meals that we have had with my father on different occasions. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care and the options that are available for the care of a loved one.

My mother was at Brookdale North Scottsdale for a respite stay, and it was a good experience. She had a good time with the activities and the staff took good care of her.

This place is very clean and well lit up most places are dark the employees are very friendly and the patients seem to be happy I think if things work out this is wear we would like to place mom

We like the care at this community for my mom. The staff is nice and she is really liking living here. The community is clean and well maintained. We both like the menu of the variety of meals. The staff is helping here stay involved and I am happy knowing that she likes being active. We have been happy with the care and the value of this community and highly recommend the care for other families.

It is a very fine home. Well maintained on the outside and clean on the inside. On the weekends it seems they could use more staffing. The laundry seems to get backed-up, there are dirty sheets on the chairs where we usually sit. My sister brought a laundry basket to put in the closet for his dirty clothes, instead, they still throw the dirty clothes on the floor. He has lost some of his clothes in the laundry process even though his name is written on his clothes. The food looks very appetizing, there are no complaints there. The staff is friendly and caring and they try very hard to handle the episodes my brother-in-law has while they are trying to get his medication under control. He was evaluated and they let us know they could handle difficult situations. There are nice areas outside for him to exercise. The community is in a good location and it is close by so that we can visit often. We feel he is in a very safe and secure facility.

I had a chance to tour this community and I did not like it. It did not fit my sister. The age group of the residents are much older than her.

This is a nice community. I like the staff and they have been friendly. They do need to work on some communication issues. The community was clean and maintained. The community did not give the assistance we needed as soon as possible. The menu was good and the car was nice and we liked that they did offer her a lot of activities and she liked the trips away from the community. We would recommend this community for the care and the value.

I can't say enough great things about all of the outstanding staff at this community. The staff have been compassionate, loving, and are always so attentive to her needs. From the management team to the medical techs to the housekeeping team they all are so amazing in making sure things get done and helping out in anyway they can. I like that they all have great eye contact and keep in good communication with me about my mothers care. To say the least they are all over qualified in what they do and I am thankful for each of them. The building has two wings that is separated by a beautiful courtyard with lots of pretty flowers. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in the activities with the other residents. When i describe this place to someone I say its a luxury cruise ship on land. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested.

Everything went fine at this facility! My one complaint is that there is not enough one on one attention on the weekends in particular, as the weekend staff is very small, but this was the first option on my list, and I am very pleased!

My mom was in this community for a short time. We liked that the community was clean and the staff was friendly. My mom said that she did not remember if she had a meal from time to time. They had a lot of activities that were offered. We did not always know if she received her meals. The staff confirmed that she did receive meals as requested. My mom said she did not want to go back for care. Families should tour the community for the care of a loved one.

I can't tell you how much it means to me the way the staff treats not only my cousin but all the residents here. This place is wonderful. The staff is so nice and friendly knows the residents by their first name they take the time to get to know them it's just wonderful. The community is so clean and bright and cheerful. One of the major reasons we ended up here is that it is a one story building so there are no stairs or elevators to have to deal with. The location is perfect for me very close to my home so I can visit often. The food is good he eats what he can . The size of his studio is just perfect for him he is very comfortable for his style.

I like the care that my wife is getting from this community. The staff is very helpful. The menu is appealing. The community is very patient with the needs for my wife's care.

My uncle has made such an improvement since placing him here that now I know I we made the right decision. He is getting up and eating 3 times a day and they are making sure he is getting physical therapy to regain his strength back it's wonderful and in doing this he is interacting with people and that is also making a huge difference in his attitude. I can't say enough about the staff first of all the sales director sends me text messages to let me know how he is doing if she sees him around which is kind of her. But the staff goes beyond the call of duty. I had been misinformed about transportation services so they helped me find a workable solution. My uncle has gotten a haircut there, they have various doctors that come in and checks on the residents. The community is extremely clean and they keep it well maintained. The biggest reason for me choosing this one was the location it is only 15 minutes away from me.
