Brookdale

We did not pick them for some reason. The cost was more a month to live here and it was more older and it looked run down. However, everyone was nice n the residents were happy living here. They very accommodating during the tour.

Brookdale North Gilbert would have been our 1st choice but there were too many underlining care costs that they could not give me any pricing for and I would have to completely furnish her room. The staff was friendly and did a good job with our tour, and the community was well kept up.

My father is enjoying his time in this community. It is a nice facility, and I'am comfortable with his move here. I know he is safe, and in good hands. They have a friendly, kind staff, and they have been helpful when needed. When I visit everything is nice, and well maintained. He loves the meals, the food is good. They offer plenty of activities for the residents. He is doing good, and this has been a good move for him to this community. I would recommend it.

We toured this community. The staff was nice. They did offer us a lunch, but they were out of a lot of things when it came to the menu. The community has rooms with no balcony. The community is clean and maintained. We like the activities that were offered. My mom wanted a more active community for care. We would recommend that other families tour the community for the care of a loved one.

Our tour was on the 26th and was wonderful. Was impressed with the whole facility. Mom liked it, but as expected she kept telling everyone she wasn't ready. She won't ever be ready.

Everything her is good and I like the for my friend. It is better for her than being home. She is around more people and they make sure she is in the dining room to eat her meals. They are more conveniently located and actually down the street from me.

The community was really good and the suggestion from A Place For Mom were all excellent selections. They were an excellent community but they did not have a room available in the location we wanted. We wanted a room by the dining room and activity area.

I would definitely recommend Brookdale North Scottsdale. My husband stayed there for a two-week respite stay. And we will definitely come back for future needs. My husband could take his own medications and he only needed someone to check in on him now and again and they did. They did everything they said they would and the price was exactly what they said it would be. There was a little mix up with the billing but they fixed it immediately. No complaints at all. It is absolutely very clean, some places have that urine smell, this one smells so clean. The staff is so friendly and caring. The best part for my husband is there are a lot of male residents at Brookdale North Scottsdale. My husband has stayed at many nursing homes where there were mostly women. They also make a huge deal about veterans here, my husband being a vet himself this was definitely a plus. The food is excellent, wonderful food choices such as veal, shrimp (which is my husbands favorite!), and other diabetic options. They serve a sugar-free dessert with every meal, even if it's just vanilla ice cream, it's sugar-free! I have already recommended Brookdale North Scottsdale to several people.

We like the care for my father at this community. The staff are nice and caring. My father is happy with menu and the variety to choose from. They offer my father activities for participation that he does enjoy. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one with a great value for care.

Brookdale New Port Richey was our 2nd choice The staff gave a wonderful tour of the community and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. But my dad felt that The Regency Residence would be a better fit for him. I would like to say that our advisor from A Place for Mom was wonderful, we had a long search and she stayed right there helping us every step of the way. She was amazing.

My mom is doing fine and the community has been fine for her. She has been happy with her meal choices and happy with the activities. We have a family friend here and we felt that they were the best place to be.

GREAT COMMUNITY! The building is beautiful and clean, the grounds have walk ways around beautiful ponds with fish and turtles. Staff are friendly and helpful and will easily stop what they are doing to help you find your way or answer a question. The Nursing staff is on top of things, very helpful and you can tell they really care and love what they do.

We are happy with the care at this community is very nice. The staff is caring and attentive. The menu could use some improvements.The community is very clean and maintained. I was only at Brookdale Irvine for 30 days due to some fractures in my back. My stay there was very nice and they were able to help me get back on my feet so that I could return to my own home. I found the staff there helpful and friendly and my accommodation were nice.
