Brookdale

Brookdale meets my needs! It provides meals and housekeeping which I can't do for myself. It provides activities that I enjoy.

The staff members are helpful, pleasant, responsive, cheerful and always courteous. My request and needs get prompt attention. Problems with my TV and Ipad are solved quickly, along with plumbing and other details. Such help makes me appreciate living in such an environment at Brookdale North Boulder.

I have lived here almost four years. It is a really beautiful facility with 3 atrium's tiers that keeps 150 plants and trees. It makes it feel like home! The staff is the very best it has ever been all throughout. They truly care about us and making life comfortable and happy!! I am so glad I chose this independent living community.

I have lived here for four years and it keeps getting better and better. The staff is absolutely terrific. We're very pampered. What else can I say? I love it here! Details? Food rate! Activities- first rate! Residents- Wonderful Everything- first rate!

[Removed] My mother in law is living at Brookdale, and it is absolutely wonderful. The community is so warm and comforting; it really feels like home. Everyone working there is excellent from the CNAs, the Administrators, the managers; everyone is wonderful, attentive, capable, and caring. They work hard to make everyone a part of the family. The food always looks good. The community is always clean and well landscaped with plants and beautiful flowers. They also have so many activities there and they gear everything to enhance the physical and mental health of the residents. They give a word puzzle out every morning at breakfast time, there are exercise classes, off campus outings, and even an in-house beauty salon. Everything about Brookdale has been a blessing for us, and we would absolutely recommend it to others.

Has all the key elements essential for providing my mom critical care, engaged residents, and safe environment.

We are extremely happy with Brookdale Hamilton The care is excellent. It is extremely clean The one negative is when good staff leaves I will admit we were not a fan of the wellness director but we were a fan of the RCC she was very caring dedicated I appreciated how she kept me updated how she took time to sit with me answer questions, concerns or helped me with understanding what was ahead and how it was all going to be ok She was reassuring She treated us especially mom as her family that made me feel good I know in this field people come and go but this the second RCC we loved who left it is just sad for us as family members The other staff is great too although the evening staff not as friendly or helpful or loving except [Removed]The executive director always there for us I'm happy

This community was really nice when I toured it. It was clean and tidy. Nice grounds but a little more pricey. So unfortunately we had to chose another place.

My Mom is a new resident at this facility. She became a resident during the hurricane mess. They were very accommodating. They were able to get her room set up till I was able to get her furniture there. The complete staff was wonderful in making her comfortable and welcoming and seeing to her needs.

I recently moved my mother into Brookdale Pinecastle in Ocala, she is in their memory care unit. All of our experiences there have been wonderful, from [Removed] and the sales team and administration, to all the wonderful care givers. I visited other facilities and the memory unit at Brookdale really stood out. I have every confidence that my mother is receiving the care she needs.

I am so happy My Mother lives at Brookdale! Mom is treated like a Queen by the Staff. They are Very friendly, helpful and caring. I got to experience this myself during hurricane Irma. Families of the residents were welcome to come and stay so I got to see the safff interact under extreme pressure and they were still very caring and courteous. They came and checked on Mom every hour brought food and we were welcome to stay as well how awesome is that!! The activities are wonderful includes exercise transportation to church and a hair salon. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about moving here!!

We are really happy with this community they communicate very well with the family and great care of my dad. My dad used to only eat sandwiches now is eating everything,food is great. There is a nice courtyard to enjoy and although dad don't do many activities they are there when he does. The community is really clean also. I will recommend to anybody. I give them 5 stars.

My mother is really enjoying living here. She has her autonomy and they provide plenty of activities for her to participate in. They even bring in a piano player and she plays the piano so they play alongside each other sometimes as well. Definitely would recommend for a family member or loved one.

My mom is very happy at Brookdale Skyline. She loves the food there and likes the fact they have a bus that takes them to the grocery store. The staff and caregivers are very attentive. The community is very clean I am very glad we made this choice. I was really impressed with it.

Beautiful facility in lovely surroundings. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable about services provided for residents. I was looking for alternatives for a relative, and was ready to move in there myself! A top contender.

Brookdale Watauga is our choice after touring several places in our area. Everyone is very friendly, the apartments are the largest of the toured places, and they are worth the price.
