Our loved one did reside with brookdale port charlotte. We were happy with the care & attention, had special meal needs & it wasn't a problem. Most impressive was anytime we had questions or concerns, they made themselves available & always followed thru. The Ex. dr, Sales dr, Biz. mgr, & Care Staff are truly the best. The feeling we had when we first visited, till the day we left was the same! Room always cleaned every week, laundry service consistent & they keep the place clean. Offer activities and day trips frequently. Cost reasonable for the amount of attention they give to the elderly they care for. When considering assisted living, you should visit. We highly recommend this community!

The people were very very nice. The rooms looked well kept. Residents seemed to be having fun in activities. Mom was comfortable while we were there.

Very nice facilities.

Out of six visits, this was by far my favorite. [name removed], the sales rep, was a great resource. The staff was truly inquisitive about my family member and asked many questions about her, which was not done at any other place. My aunt moved in 3 weeks ago and we have been impressed with the quality of care/concern for her.

My father-in-law has been living at Derby Brookdale for over a year. He is in a warm and supportive environment where his well being is constantly monitored. Derby Brookdale does a fine job of reaching out to extended family of residents and we have attended multiple family centered events, most recently a game night where we ate pizza and played BUNKO. They offer enriching activities during the day as well and the food is quite good. The staff is caring and professional.

Brookdale Wayne is a lovely community with the most amazing staff -- the director and her team went way above and beyond to help accommodate my mother. The community is beautiful with many activities available for their residents.

An excellent facility with a pathway to assisted living if it becomes necessary. All the necessary services and amenities are available. The staff seemed truly interested in us and really wanted us to be happy. Apartment layouts are adequate but will require significant down sizing of our current household furniture and other possessions.

If you are really still an active senior this is the place Out of all the Brookdales it was the nicest.

This is were my Dad stayed for 4mos. The staff was great. Everyone seemed cheerful and knowledgable. I had no complaints. It was a good fit for my Dad.

We recently moved our friend into assisted living. The move was seamless. The staff was quite helpful in arranging their schedules to service our needs. We are looking forward to mutual comradery and common interest in the resident we placed in their care.

Incredible care at Brookdale Niagara Assisted/Enhanced Assisted Living . We looked at all our choices in Niagara County and there is no comparison. I found out while visiting that this community has the only Enhanced Assisted Living care in the county. They have 18 years tender care to so many families in the area. I feel so much safer knowing that my mom will not have to move out once her care needs change. I learned the differences between traditional assisted living and having an ENHANCED Assisted living license. Mom already has difficulty getting out of the chair unassisted and has incontinence she struggles with. These normal issues would be reasons she would have to leave a traditional assisted living. I am so glad I did my research and picked the best choice for my mom. Having the stand alone memory care next door is a blessing because now mom can focus on getting stronger and dad gets the specialized memory care he needs. They see each other every day but mom can get time away to start e.noting life again knowing dad has the best care imaginable. I cannot say than you enough for the kind care. Beautiful place, sense of peace now. Always pick the best for your parents. The cost was very reasonable as well and worth every penny.

Brookdale seems to really care about their facility, their staff and residents. We liked the small size of the facility, tenure of many staff members. Very professional. Feel this would be a good fit for our family member.

[name removed] really did us well! My mother and I toured the facility and were really impressed - especially when they told us my mom's dog could come with her for her spate of respite care. If her stay is as good as our tour, we'll be incredibly happy.

Perhaps most important, my wife is happy with the facility, the diverse programs, and all of the people who take such good care of her. I highly recommend Brookdale Nacogdoches.

Great community. Clean, lively and unique. Visited in ‘17 and this year. Staff patient and engaged. Food was good and especially liked the “I can do” mentality we experienced on both visits. My dad likes this one and is anxious to move in. Definitely take the time to visit. This Brookdale is different in a very good way. Whole lot of heart in this building

We loved the site as soon as we walked in the front door. [Name removed], the Marketing Manager, was awesome. He was an excellent host, listened to what our concerns were and provided feedback that made us feel "heard" and cared about. They have a program that is geared to the resident's personal needs versus them being just a room number.

Our sister had early onset Alzheimer's and eventually needed complete memory support for 2.5 years until her death this summer. This is a horrific disease and it is difficult to find care one has confidence in. Bend Brookdale is a small and careful community. The support we received from the staff, particularly the activities director, [name removed] was heartfelt and phenomenal. we could vent our concerns and share our joys. [Name removed], the Executive Director was approachable. She really stayed on top of and improved the facility. Our family felt cared for as well. In addition, with the support of the hospice nurses the last weeks of our sister's life were tenderly cared for in this lovely facility. We found most everyone went the second mile to care for our sister and other patients. This is not easy work or predictable. Staff were kind and engaged. We are thankful we found Brookdale and are indebted to the nursing support staff particularly activities director [names removed].
