Brookdale

Will use Meadow Springs again for my mother's respite care. Friendly, and excellent care givers. She enjoyed her stay and met some new friends.

Clean, quiet, and bright. Residents seem friendly.

Our family set an appointment to meet with Spring regarding a place for our step-father. Upon discussion of his circumstances, the budget wouldn't allow him to stay there. We would have been lost on how to tackle the health care system next if it weren't for Spring and her kindness. Even though we would not be coming to her facility, she took more than an hour to discuss options and even made phone calls on our behalf. We were able to find a place for our step-father that day. Spring is a professional with extensive knowledge of the healthcare system who truly cares about people. I would recommend her and this facility to anyone who is looking for respectful and kind interactions for their loved ones.

We really liked this place a lot. It was on the smaller side. The residents seemed happy, and the rooms and atmosphere were cheerful. We met the nurse and activities director, who we really liked. And, they have been very responsive to calling us back concerning our follow-up questions as we continue to evaluate places for our family member.

There rates are a little too much, and don't have a medicade facility . I don't think he can afford. They did suggest their facility in westerville, I will call them tomorrow

I liked the tour, the dining room, and the activities. I would have liked to have seen more residents around.

Very happy with our decision. Mom's doing great and everything they said they'd do, has been done. We gained an extended family for sure.

Every aspect of resident care has been attended to by Brookdale from safety to daily needs of the resident. The living quarters are roomy and the private bathrooms modern and efficient. The commons rooms are comfortable and inviting. An elderly person would feel right at home within this facility. [name removed] was knowledgeable about Brookdale and enthusiastic about welcoming new residents. The tour was quite a success.

It was a beautiful facility. Nice size studio room. 24 hour security.

By far the friendliest place I have been. Genuinely interested and concerned of the well being of their residences. A family atmosphere.

Great experience with this community. We felt our sales counselor has a genuine passion for their seniors. So helpful. The community is clean, lively, and just felt like home. One floor with a beautiful outdoor area. Everyone we met had positive things to say and we even met a lady whose lived there for over ten years. We didn’t try the food, but we’re attending an upcoming lunch. We looked everywhere and this community fits the bill. Nursing on site and 24 hour attention.

Great community. Living there would be a blessing.

My wife and I toured Brookdale with [name removed] as a precursor to moving her Mom into a community for memory care. After meeting with [name removed] and [name removed](the memory care activity director) I believe we have found the place that Mom would absolutely love. Both [name removed] and [name removed] are so warm and caring with the community residents that we would have no concerns about moving her Mom into the community.

[name removed] was a great help with my first Assisted Living tour. He took the time and explained everything to me and has followed up several times. The facility is one of the larger ones but very clean and the residents appeared happy.

Visited last week for my mom, even though they say it’s under construction the place was very clean and orderly. The staff were so friendly; met with sales, and the administrator spent a lot of time with me too (didn’t have that experience anywhere else). You knew they really cared and loved their job.

We had a tour with Manager [name removed]. He was very accommodating, answered all of our questions, and showed us a lovely 1-bedroom independent living apartment. Noted that assisted living option is at a different location, "Cypress(?)" (formerly "Ameritus") [name removed] mentioed plans are in the works to build assisted living options on Brookdale property in the near future. Pet-friendly option is a plus! We will definitely consider this facility.

Very warm and welcoming environment.. [name removed] took a real interest in my needs and worked hard to find the right fit for my needs, very impressed with her!

This facility is the Best it specializes in Dementia Care Resident are kept very engaged from music therapy small motor skills physical exercise cooking baking arts Bingo They are engaged in 1-1 activities as well Many outings trips etc Themed parties monthly The staff is loving caring they truly love the residents Brookdale Hamilton is a huge family which includes staff and Residents and their families Residents are happy well cared for medically cared for and loved

Our loved one did reside with brookdale port charlotte. We were happy with the care & attention, had special meal needs & it wasn't a problem. Most impressive was anytime we had questions or concerns, they made themselves available & always followed thru. The Ex. dr, Sales dr, Biz. mgr, & Care Staff are truly the best. The feeling we had when we first visited, till the day we left was the same! Room always cleaned every week, laundry service consistent & they keep the place clean. Offer activities and day trips frequently. Cost reasonable for the amount of attention they give to the elderly they care for. When considering assisted living, you should visit. We highly recommend this community!
