Brookdale

I would recommend this community for your loved one. My loved one was not there long but for the time that my loved one was it was great, they were very friendly. It was a nice experience with everyone that we dealt with.

They've been right on. One of their biggest pluses is they do a nice job of counseling the people coming in. So it gives theme some sense of where they're going to go and why. The staff have been great. My mom likes the food a lot, and says it's good. She's busy with activities and can pick what she wants to participate in or not. The cost is right there in the mid range. It's a teeny bit expensive, but the quality is very good. They also offer a big company discount if you have a relative who works at a qualifying big company, and that's a considerable amount off per month.

The folks here have been great. My mom settled in much better than I anticipated that she would. The facility itself is beautiful and it is perfect for her and what she needs. It is also close to family so we are able to visit on a regular basis. She is very comfortable and it has been a wonderful experience. I would recommend to them to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and the staff we met with were very receptive, and they did a great job taking us around the community and showing us all the amenities. However, the community itself was not going to work for our loved one, it seemed more dark and depressing.

If I could rate the staff higher I would rate them higher because they are amazing. I have not tried the meals but my loved one is satisfied and likes the meals. Also my loved one is always offered an opportunity to participate in any activities.

We went back to Brookdale twice because we were in a toss up between them and another facility close by. I absolutely loved the staff member who took us around on the tour. It seems like a great place.

It has been a great experience so far. My loved one seems to like it. The staff have been good to my loved one and myself during this transition. The community has a homey feel. On the weekends it would be nice to offer more activities for the residents.

Our family has able to have an in person tour and we really really liked the Brookdale Bayshore community, but we were moving my parents closer to other family which was going to make Brookdale about an hour away.

Excellent service, the staff was great, it had a very home like environment. It was the lest clinical of all the communities that we viewed.

I would tell others that I would move into this community, if I had to go somewhere for myself. The friendliness, and compassion of the staff stand out to me. They have been wonderful during the entire process. My loved one enjoys the meals, and I think the food is good.

Everyone is so friendly and so good to my loved one. I would say do not hesitate to go everyone here is so friendly. When I was there there was a singer and they were watching movies during another activity. Even though my loved one did not participate they had things for the residents to do.

Everything has been amazing and is working out great for our family. We are completely satisfied with our experience, they have been very accommodating, friendly, and are family-oriented. I would highly recommend to others looking.

Brookdale has been fantastic for our family, we feel very fortunate that our loved one is there. It is not cheap but they have the highest level of care. The executive director [name removed] has been incredible, she is very competent, caring, and knows how to form relationships with our loved ones, our family and the other residents. She understands individual health care plans for each residents The rooms are a little dusty, you can see it on the dark floors but overall it is very clean and they really do amazing work over there. We are happy where she is nice, we know she is in the right place.

Our tour with Brookdale was fantastic and the facility is beautiful, the location was just too far for our family.

We chose Brookdale Weatherford because when we toured the facility we really liked what we saw, when mom walked in she just knew, it is a very homey atmosphere and everyone was super friendly. The apartment sizes are spacious, they do have 3 different sizes to choose from as well. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

If you have a person that needs assisted living and wants to be able to smoke also this is the place for them to go. She is able to go outside and smoke and go as she pleases and that was one of the biggest things for my loved one.

Of all the places I toured, Brookdale Lake Orienta was the best down in Florida. They continued to follow up with me, and any questions I had they were willing to answer. Even after we chose another facility, they let me know they were there if we needed anything.

My loved one's social condition and physical condition have improved tremendously since she moved in. She trusts them. They welcomed her, all the way up to the director level. They have been amazing. We are very happy with them. Activities have been difficult due to Covid, but they have a happy hour every week, which has gotten my loved one up and dancing. And that is amazing to me. The cost is very high, but that tends to be the case in the area.

This is a very affordable community for my loved one. The food could be a little better. They don't really have a lot of activities at all, they could use a lot of improvement in this area. The staff are very nice. It really is a nice facility that could just use a few updates.
