Brookdale

Our family had an in person tour and we loved it so much we went back for a second tour. From the top down we loved it. The sales director was very nice, they had very good and high end decorations. The amenities were all nice and updated. The one bedrooms were fantastic looking. The pricing was fine and right on par with others we looked at. However, we just did not see a lot of interactions with the residents like we did at other communities.

This is a nice and friendly place for your loved one. It is a very sociable community. They have activities like bingo, arts and crafts, trivia and more for the residents to do to keep them busy and occupied.

My mom lived at Brookdale almost 5 years until her passing in early 2020. While at Brookdale, she became great friends with other residents. Throughout her stay, her care was consistent, professional and compassionate. The staff was kind, patient, caring and went above and beyond to make her smile and feel loved. I am forever grateful to all at Brookdale who showed they valued her well being, spirit, health and feelings. The staff showed their love, grace and compassion in each person's own way and no request went unanswered. I will continue to recommend Brookdale Weatherford to any and all interested parties.

I love my apartment and the people that help my wife. My wife has dementia, that is why we live here. Me and my wife miss our old home, but this is becoming our new home.

Our family had an in person tour and it was very nice, the location was good. It is a smaller community, all on one floor and set up nicely. The gentlemen giving the tour was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Very impressive.

The tour was wonderful everything looked really good. The food looked good, but it was quite a bit larger with three floors and an elevator and we just did not think that was going to be the best fit for our loved one.

Mom has lived here for a year and she really enjoys it. She was alone at home prior to moving to Brookdale Texarkana and I worried about her so much. I don't worry at all now. She has lots of friends and stays busy.

Brookdale cared for my mom for 3 years, very compassionate and caring, I couldn’t think of a better place for my mom. The level of care is what one would expect for their loved ones and not only did they take care of her, they made sure I was always informed about her health and always consulted me on her care.

[name removed] at Brookdale is the most helpful person that I have ever dealt with. He walked me thru some very difficult decisions that had to be made. Mom has lived in several places since she moved out of her house, but we are delighted that Brookdale of Gallatin has been her home for over four years now. The community is just the right size for the residents and staff to interact with and nurture one another. While maintaining the look and feel of a quality assisted living facility, mom has benefited from some extraordinary skilled nursing care here. Brookdale is clean, comfortable and welcoming and the residents enjoy living and dining there. The staff is composted of truly caring individuals who smile with and love on teh residents and their families, and all of them, including the directors and senior staff, are not only available and approachable, but they often anticipate the needs of the residents and will reach out to the families for information, support, or clarification. What cannot be over emphasized is the peace of mind our family has knowing mom is being care for and loved.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very positive experience. It is a little bit smaller so our loved one went with another facility because it was bigger and she thought she would have more oppurtunity to get involved. However we really liked the place, everything we saw and everyone we talked to was pleasant and very clean.

We chose Brookdale Biloxi because we were very impressed with [name removed], the manager, and what she represents and her passion about the job is incredible. She made it feel very homey from the start and we are not just another number. I cannot say enough good about the staff members here, they are very involved in each residents life and the care is personalized. I would highly, highly recommend them for others looking.

We chose Brookdale Conway because after talking with the director, we felt like this would be the best place for him to be. The staff are very responsive to your needs and really do a great job. I would recommend to others looking.

We visited Brookdale Franklin twice. The food was great, and we liked that the dining room was open all the time. The only negative is my loved one would have had to go outside to smoke. But this was my favorite of all the places we visited. I really wanted him to go here.

We had a good tour with Brookdale Brookfield, there were no issues at all we just found another facility to be a better fit.

Good community, didn't have a lot of services what we needed for my loved one.

We had a wonderful tour with Brookdale Evesham. The facility was brand new and beautiful, it was our second choice. The only reason we did not choose them was because the location was further from us and it was more expensive.

We chose Brookdale Southside because the director of marketing and sales was very helpful to us and it was just a better fit all the way around. The staff have been very helpful and accommodating, they really worked with us to get the right care for my mom. They offer a lot of activities for the residents, but my mom has not participated in any yet. The value for the money is great and depending on your needs, I would recommend to others looking.

I loved Brookdale Oakwell. [name removed] was great. She followed up with me, but was not too pushy. If I only had 1 family member to place, this would have been our first choice. The activities they had for the residents were great.
