Brookdale

The staff seemed attentive and the remodeling looks to be starting soon.

We had a great tour with Brookdale. The facility looked very nice. It is large and they seemed to offer a lot of services and levels of care.

It has been a great experience so far and I think it is a really nice place. We have been able to maintain her furnishings and set her up here so it did not feel unfamiliar to her, the apartment is a good size for what she needs. Communication could be improved some, especially to those families who live out of town. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

I think that the staff is unbelievably kind and patient, far beyond what I could have expected. The apartments are very nice. My loved one has an updated, modern apartment, so it's a very nice place to live.

The community looks very clean and modern, the staff members are great but right now we do think at times the nurses are over worked but everyone is still very friendly and helpful. They have so many activities likes - ice cream socials, concerts, outings, church services everyday, PT everyday and on Wednesday someone will come and make a completely new and excited breakfast for the residents. The community is well established, they have their system down since it is an older facility, but the nurses are just so on top of our loved ones health, they are very attentive.

What really sticks out about Brookdale Southside to us is the staff, they are the reason our experience has been so positive. I would highly recommend the facility to others looking.

Right away the staff at Brookdale made our family feel very comfortable throughout the entire decision making process. They worked very well with us and were very accommodating.

My room is very comfortable, plenty of room with a great view. The staff is wonderful and the housekeeping and dining room people are so helpful. The food is tasty. I'm very lucky to be one of the residents.

They take excellent care of my father at this community. He is always clean and happy. The nurses are very communicative. The only thing that I have an issue with is the communication with the assistant director and financing. They can be hard to get a hold of.

My mother lives at Brookdale Folsom. The staff is excellent and does a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable and caring in what they do.

This is an outstanding community! The staff members are amazing and go out of their way to help the members (seniors). My father lived here for close to a year now, we have no plans of ever moving him. He enjoys the community garden and the food is amazing! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, friendly and exceptional place to live!

The entire staff has been extremely kind and caring to my 100 year old mother. From what we see they treat her with much love and support. The facility is always decorated beautifully and the staff cares for each client. [name removed] are always so helpful and keep us informed. All the caretakers are amazing ling. They make a warm happy place.

This community truly cares about every single one of their clients and their families. It is such a blessing to know that my mom is cared about and respected and that in addition. I feel the same love and warmth! The staff is incredibly good at what they do! [name removed] is especially fantastic!

They have done a really good job at keeping me informed. My mom is in the memory care unit, so there is a lot of extra care that is involved. But they do a good job of staying on top of any issues that arise. We decided to have her care transferred from her primary care doctor to the doctor associated with Brookdale, and I feel like she's getting very good care there. My mom loves the food, and she's eating well. They do a really nice job at keeping them busy in the memory care unit as well. I never could have guessed that we would end up needing care when we did, and everything happened so fast. It was a tough transition to make, but they did everything they could do to not overwhelm me and to make it as smooth and easy of a process as possible.

We chose Brookdale Clinton because of the administrative staff, they were so kind and helpful and really worked with us on the price. When I toured the facility, I was really impressed with everything I saw. I did not think that the doctor who was here was the greatest, he was hard to get a hold of and his facility was run down. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The staff has been wonderful to me. I think they treat my mom with dignity and compassion. Considering COVID19 I think they are doing the best they can do.

My mother has been at Brookdale for the past 4 months. The facility is spacious and inviting. Staff members are professional, knoweledgeable, patient, caring, and helpful. Everyone is so friendly. We are comfortable leaving our mom here and know she is well taken care of. "A+"

The staff are very friendly, and they're very responsive to all of your needs. If you call them with an issue or request, they're on top of it right away.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked everything about this community, but it was to far off the highway and we wanted something closer for our family.
