Very well done.

The tour was very good at this community and it was very welcoming and very clean. The tour guide was nice and I was able to see everything that I needed and was given all the answers and information that I needed.

I toured Brookdale Fort Collins Memory Care and I had a good experience. I liked the staff who showed us around, it's a really nice facility. Compared to other places we toured and seeing what they had to offer made me concerned about Brookdale's layout. It's like a huge hotel and they didn't have straight hallways. If you don't know what corner your room was at, you'd get lost easily. In order to get to the room they showed us, he would have to go into a different corridor and around different hallways. We ultimately chose another community because Brookdale wasn't a good fit for us.

I am very impressed with Brookdale Williamsville. The cleanliness, friendliness, food, and the layout are all amazing features of the community. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are good to work with if I have questions or concerns about my loved one. They are very attentive and go out of their way to have things run smoothly for my loved one and the family. The staff are good at making sure my loved one is ready for when I need to pick them up for a doctor's appointment. The food is good for my loved one. I have been very impressed with what I have seen for options for meals. They even provide snacks for the residents three times a day. Medication management and reminders are a couple of the care types that the community is able to provide for my loved one. The apartment, laundry, changing of linens, housekeeping, utilities, all the meals, and activities is all included in the monthly fee.

From the first time of visiting Brookdale Oro Valley as the new home for my spouse, I felt comfortable with their care for my spouse and also understanding of my needs. Their employees are knowledgeable and loving to the memory care patients. They have games and activities catered to each person and one day each week they bake "goodies" for them. The facility is kept clean and the meals and dining appear to be good, although due to covid precautions I haven't had a chance to try a meal. Their weekly choices are wonderful and catered to each individual as needed. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one!

This community was amazing and top notch however, it was out of my loved ones budget. There were a lot of amenities and everything of another community that I was looking at but the only difference is that this building was very big. The residents were also different based on the budget so I did not feel like my loved one would feel at home.

The staff is awesome and the other residents are very friendly. I know we are working our way out of Covid, but I'd like to see more activities and outings. I do realize that Covid has impacted things like that, so I don't expect that to happen immediately. The meals are great and I feel safe knowing my mom is there. Its reassuring to know that she has help if she needs it.

I thought it was a very nice facility.

Brookdale South Charlotte looked like a very nice facility. We were not able to see some of the facility due to covid like the rooms, but we were able to see the common areas. We really liked all of the staff that we met with and they were great with their follow up afterwards. It would have been a great fit for our loved one. It just came down to the location for friends and family and another facility was just a bit closer for us.

This is an excellent facility and my loved one is really happy here and I am happy for her. The staff are great and all of my interactions have been wonderful. They are very accommodating and listen to all of your concerns or any needs. The tour was great and they showed me everything that I needed and answered any questions that I had in regards to the community. They update me on my loved one and keep my informed and they are very patient.

We have not had any issues at all with Brookdale. My loved one likes the food better than at her old facility. The staff are great at reaching out and trying to encourage residents to participate in the activities provided. They had a really nice Easter dinner and are having a Cinco De Mayo party tomorrow. They actually were not our first choice when looking, but in the end I think this ended up working out way better. I would recommend them to others looking.

Everyone has been extremely friendly and willing to help. They've been very welcoming. It's a very clean facility. Some of the décor is a little outdated for my taste, but my family member loves it. It's definitely age appropriate to the residents. They offer activities like chair yoga, bible study, card games, etc. But it's up to the resident how much they want to be involved in it. I wish they would maybe try a little harder to get my family member more involved.

Brookdale has been a good experience. They are very knowledgeable and I feel like they do a lot for the residents there. They are very personable as well. My loved one likes the meals and the dining room. She has a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. They offer transportation to appointments and stores and they allow pets. Overall, I would recommend them to others.

Brookdale Ithaca has been great so far. We get lots of good communication from the staff. It's one of the better places I've seen around in terms of cleanliness. We've been really happy with it.

Brookdale Port Charlotte is an awesome place with good people. They do a good job and are very caring. I think it's a great place to bring a family member.

Brookdale Staunton is a smaller facility. The staff really listened to my situation and everything that was going on with my mother at the time.

well organized presentation & tour of my future home

The only thing that we have noticed is that the monthly rate is not the same each month. We then are waiting on credits from the main office. The communication with the local community to the main office could be improved upon. The staff are great to work with anytime I have questions or concerns about my loved one. Some of the activities the community has included music, happy hour, bingo, field trips, and more for the residents to choose from. They even have a calendar they provide the residents. The apartment, housekeeping, utilities, laundry, transportation, and changing of linens is included in the monthly rate. It is like a true apartment, the resident is able to have friends stay and spend the night with the resident.

[name removed] and [name removed] made the move in experience see less and make my mom feel at home. Love the relexation I feel knowing she has the support she needs and she is being well taken care of.

The staff has been very receptive and very helpful. The care that my loved one is getting has been absolutely appropriate for this type of establishment. She seems to be adjusting well to the environment. They have plenty of activities available. I have no complaints at all. I knew someone who had a loved here previously with positive reviews, which was part of the reason why we chose them.
