Brookdale

Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful facility but it seemed like it could be a little difficult to navigate if your loved one has memory issues

I thought Brookdale Monterey was a great facility. It had more energy than any other place that we visited. It felt like you were definitely walking into an environment where there were a bunch of people around. And they had things going on all the time. That might have actually been too much stimulation for my loved one though. But it was a beautiful facility. The staff were great. I have absolutely nothing bad to say.

We loved Brookdale Stillwater. I thought it was a great facility, and the staff was amazing. They were our second choice. Really the only reason we didn't go with them was because my loved one was declining so quickly, and they didn’t have an area specific to memory care. They had a handful of Alzheimer's patients, but they weren’t specifically trained to deal with memory care issues.

Our family has been extremely pleased with the care of our mom. We visit and have had the chance to get to know the nurses and care givers very well. Good excellent. Good activities. Nothing but positives things to say. All promises have been kept. We were referee by APFM and looked at four communities. Brookdale Niagara was the right fit. Thank you.

Community is clean, well kept, friendly/caring staff and have events to keep residents engaged. They handled the ongoing pandemic so professionally and made it top priority to keep residents & staff safe.

The staff at Brookdale New Braunfels gave us a nice tour and were helpful, but the actual facility just had an old nursing home feel to it.

Our family loves how engaged all of the staff members are with the residents, it shows just how much they really care about them. They do have different activities like bingo, and balloon tennis with pool noodles. Our loved one has yet to complain about the meals so we assume they are good, and based on the experience we have had so far with Brookdale Hampton we would recommend them to other families

[name removed] was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Definitely thought that she had my best interests in mind. Definitely would highly recommend.

I would give the community a good rating and recommendation to Brookdale Sandy Springs. I like the staff and they are helpful and friendly. They put the residents first. I only have one complaint, and that I still have to wear a mask as a vaccinated visitor. None of the residents are wearing masks. The food is good for my loved one. There are menus for my loved one to order off. Bingo, cards, movies, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from.

While our loved one was there we had a great experience. The community was clean - we were satisfied with that. The staff members were super friendly and had great communication with our family. Our loved one said they were pleased with the meals and dining service and we were surprised they participated in the activities so we assume they had to be good. From what we could tell the value for the money was good compared to other communities in the area

Without a doubt, the staff and support team at Brookdale exceeds expectations and truly cares about residents and their families. My family member needed some medical care in advance of becoming a resident of Brookdale and the Brookdale team showed their care and support at every turn, visiting her regularly as she regained her strength and completed her care, including rehabilitation. My family member continually brags on how nice, helpful and truly caring the staff is at Brookdale, and how she feels a true sense of community with the other residents and staff. It's truly a blessing to my family and I that our family member is not only adjusting, but thriving at Brookdale.

The Executive Director at this community is amazing! She’s responsive to questions, communication is great and her love for the residents shows!

Brookdale has blew me away since my first call. The staff here has made a very challenging life transition seamless. Every person here is exceptionally nice and goes out of their way to make my grandfather happy. Super impressed!!!

Staff very friendly, answered all questions, facilities - beautiful, very clean. The Mediterranean meal - superbly delicious and healthy. Served attractively and graciously, very interesting and informative describing healthy food choices for a Mediterranean diet. Promptly greeted us on time to begin the tour. [unreadable] range for the majority of persons is too much in this great community.

Brookdale Chambrel for us is a dream come true. After 10 years of cooking, cleaning, repairing and cleaning out. It seems unbelievable that our meals are provided each day and they are absolutely very delicious. Every two weeks our apartments are cleaned, vacuumed and dusted. Before moving to Brookdale, we were given advice to make sure the food (meals) are good - and they are super! There are staff who clean and others who come in to repair. The staff always smile and speak. There are many opportunities to make crafts and go out to eat.
