Brookdale

I am living in a beautiful room with a full bathroom, big closet, A/C and heat, a window to see a squirrel and birds. It is so quiet and peaceful and rooms are so clean. Love to sit and read, color, and visit. Only live 15 minutes from my baby, husband, and grandchildren.

Never been anywhere where I feel so much like home

My dad recently moved into this community and from the moment I first spoke to someone through his move-in, the communication was fantastic! Every question answered and Dad received truly a red-carpet welcome.

We picked this community, because it was the only true memory care facility, and it was smaller. I would recommend this faciltiy.

Our family had an in person tour and it was an amazing experience, their marketing person we interacted with directly was phenomenal. The location was very pretty, just a gorgeous amazing building. We thought it was so spacious, and they staff seemed more then willing to adjust and accommodating to the residents needs

We have had a great experience so far with Brookdale Mirage Inn - no complaints. I live out of state and they did a great job of getting her in here, the staff have been great.

You need to be your best patient advocate for your loved one. Stay on top of daily service to ensure the staff complies with what you believe is to be provided. I give this advice first so that you know every place is different, and it's only as good as you ensure that it is. Very happy with all staff and services.

The nurse is extra caring and concerned about the well being of the residents. Laundry service is top notch. No problems mixing up clothes and losing them. Residents wear a call button and the staff responds almost immediately.

I liked the facility. It was a nice facility. The staff was nice. The grounds were nice. it was in a nice and quiet environment. They had a room available but we were not ready to move-in yet.

My mom is absolutely loving it at Brookdale Skyline. Her apartment is so adorable and she loves to sit out on her balcony and look at the mountains and trees. They have a huge, extremely nice outdoor space. She is so happy here and has made a lot of new friends. She has regained a sense of youth since moving to Brookdale.

When it comes to the meals and dining experience it is poor service and cold food if/when you get it. They are having transportation staffing problems, but they are doing the best they can with that. The staff is accommodating.

Brookdale Bradenton Gardens is homey, not too large of a place, she has big room with a window viewing the courtyard. She gets attentive-care, great communication from staff, and reasonable monthly rent.

[Name removed] was so helpful and friendly when my sisters and I did the tour. We have decided to make this Mom's home. We are excited about the full life she will have there as well as being able to spend time with her there.

This facility does an outstanding job of caring for its residents. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality housing for a loved one.

Consider Brookdale in Watauga when looking for a place for your loved one. A small community with all the amenities and several layers of professional care with a home like atmosphere. The Executive Director has a high level of leadership and takes a special interest in all residents, interacts and lifts up all who she is in contact with. The Health and Wellness Director is a licensed nurse and very skilled at her profession. She will keep you informed at all times as to the welfare of your loved one. The Resident Program Coordinator is outstanding. She talks and listens to the residents' problems. Keeps residents busy with activities, games, and field trips. The Sales Manager has excellent knowledge, strong communication skills, and will take the extra time to meet your loved one's needs, schedule your tour and truthfully answer all of your questions. The caregiving staff and maintenance crew are incredible. They are very skilled with a high work ethic. You can feel very comfortable leaving your loved one in Brookdale's care as if they were home under your care.

A huge plus for my friend is that she was able to have her dog come live with her at Brookdale Clinton, since her dog is her family!! They're the only place in the area that allows pets to reside there!! I will say the setting is beautiful!! It has two enclosed courtyards whereby the residents can go outside alone!! I understand the meals are good, & the times I have been there to visit, the staff seems very friendly & helpful to the residents! With her dementia, she still wants to go home at times, but I feel great that's she's in the best place possible!!

Everything was absolutely wonderful!

It has been great experience for us. There are three meals a days served along with snacks for the residents. The residents have choices to choose from for meals. There is a family day once a month for the family to join in on. The staff communication has been great and they are responsive to our questions and concerns.

I love referring seniors over to Brookdale Madison West because they have the best memory care programming around! I have had many people move in and love living there because of the sense of community and feeling like family. The staff communicates well and it's a joy when I visit the community. Keep up the great work Brookdale!
