The staff is friendly, helpful, kind and wanting to please. Everyone is very positive and caring. These quality were the most important to me for my friend of 25 years

Our family had an in person tour and it was a fantastic tour experience, it was such a nice facility they get 5+ stars. However on the tour we really did not see that many residents wandering the halls or being really active.

There could always be some improvement with the meals and dining service as well as the overall cleanliness. However we really do like how casual everything is as well as the staff and residents. Based on our experience with Brookdale Brighton we would recommend this community to other families.

I toured this community and it is beautiful. The place is clean, it's spotless. Everything about it is great. Everyone is friendly and the residents are happy here. You can see that right away. To my surprise, the director here is one I've known for years from a different community when she was there. She's so wonderful and always goes the extra mile. I'd give them more than five stars if I could. We were going to move mom here, but she passed before we could. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Brookdale Jackson Oaks has independent living and assisted care in the same building, which is very useful for what my mom needs. If needs to transition she can stay right here with her friends. If she needs to go to assisted living, it's in the same community. The staff are excellent, very nice and informative. They have a whole bunch of activities and my mom goes to quite a few of them. I would recommend Brookdale Jackson Oaks to others!

I toured Brookdale Palm Beach Gardens, it was fine and our tour was great. The Admissions Sales representative was wonderful. Because I had been to their St. Augustine location first, I didn't like that the hallways were much narrower at Brookdale Palm Beach. What I liked about St. Augustine is that it had a big, wide open hallway in memory care. I went down a long hallway in Palm Beach with rooms on both sides and it looked too hospital-like. Of course there was a desk for staff in the middle. The activities looked good, and it had a nice outdoor garden area for residents. It was nice and the individual units were nice when they showed me a room. It's just the hospital look when you first walk in, is what turned me off.

I toured Brookdale West Boynton Beach and our tour guide was good, everything was good. What I didn't like about it, was that memory care is on the second floor. I didn't know why that turned me off, but it did. It looked like their activities were nice and their ground floor had garden they could go out to, but I felt that she'd be isolated on the second floor.

We had a great tour experience with Brookdale Franklin. The staff did a wonderful job of showing us around and had answers to all of the questions that we had. For us it just came down to a matter of accommodations and we felt another facility fit what they were looking for better.

This facility is good and seems clean. It's very nice. My loved one's feel very welcome here. The food is ok. Housekeeping isn't as often as we thought it was going to be. We thought it was weekly, but it's not. They do a good job when they do come, though. The neighborhood is a little bit difficult. It's not an ideal location and is close to a not so great neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend them to family and friends.

Nice facility with fun entertainment for their residents and us family members. Good food when visiting and an inviting atmosphere.

This is a great place for your loved ones. The staff are courtesy and sincere to the residents and families. The communication with the staff hss been great for the family, if we have questions or concerns. There are three meals a day served to the residents, along with snacks. This is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones.

My loved one really likes it here. She likes the staff and likes the meals. They take excellent care of her. I love the outdoor areas and patios. It's a great facility.

I have been here in Brookdale West for 3 years and 6 months and have many friends. The staff work very hard. The biggest problem is that we have been short of staff, servers and Aides since the pandemic. I expect this to improve. Our Executive director is wonderful and works very hard for Residents. The hardest part for me is making friends with elderly residents who pass away. That is hard to handle.

Moving my Father-in-law into Brookdale was an easy decision. Accepting the reality that he was unable to properly care for himself was not easy, but his transition into assisted living went smoothly. I credit [name removed] and her entire staff with this success. While the cleanliness of the facility, the services and activities provided, and the delicious meals were all blessings, what we appreciated the most were the high quality of care and respect he received while at Brookdale. He was not always an easy resident/patient to take care of, but he was always treated with dignity. [name removed] and her staff laughed at his jokes and made him feel like Brookdale WAS His Home! Mom has been at Brookdale Spring meadows for just over a month now and she is doing so much better. The care she’s getting is orders of magnitude greater than where she was before in another town. That place was just too big and every time there was the slightest staffing shortage they were completely overwhelmed and mom was left alone for hours. But Brookdale is just the right size and the people who work here have it handled. On top of that, they just seem happier. We are thrilled with Brookdale and wish mom had been here a long time ago.

They were very helpful to me in understanding the commonality of issues experienced by Dementia caregivers at home. There are many people experiencing the same level of despair over what to do. Anyone looking would benefit from visiting here.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and very attentive to residents. Very clean and happy environment. I would recommend Brookdale for your loved ones.
