Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice tour experience, very friendly staff and clean community but it was almost a little to cruise ship like for our loved one

We really like Brookdale Belle Meade. My loved one has been in a couple of other memory care units and also a skilled care unit, and this is the best of all of them. He has been well cared for. They have been exceptional in how they assess him, determine his own personal challenges, and work WITH him to provide solutions to those challenges.

We loved Brookdale. [name removed] was extremely helpful, professional and accommodating. We enjoyed our tour and the wine and cheese event. The entire staff was friendly and the small community felt like family! All the residents were treated with kindness and respect. There were many smiles!!

This facility is just great! Everything has been pretty good. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Small community. The staff seems to be caring and friendly. The overall quality of the community is good and I am please with the care provided to my loved one. My loved one doesn't really like any of the food due to my loved ones taste changing, I wish they would do a little more to help find items that my loved one will eat, however this issue has been improving and I have been bring in food as well. When I had ate there I thought the food pretty good though.

We have not been there long, but everything has been very good. They are always doing something with the activites, and my loved one is always out with the staff and residents. As far as the value, you get what you pay for We picked this community, because I was recommended by A Place for Mom. Also, it was the closet place and I talked with the staff. It felt like it was a good place, I liked the people and the location. A Place for Mom was really great, and the key to us finding a good place, which was a lifesaver!!

My Aunt developed Alzheimer's and the staff are phenomenal! My aunt can be a challenge but she is doing great! She goes to every activity and has made friends. The Executive Director is amazing and our family could not be happier. So glad we chose this community

Working in the medical field for several years and I have visited different facilities. Brookdale Avondale is the best I have ever came across, I don't care what time I stop by the staff is always friendly and the community is always clean.

The community offers all kinds of activities for my mother, they do a morning light exercise class for the residents every morning, they bring in live music and have music parties as well as social hours, they play bingo and have different games and activities to keep the residents social and occupied. The caregivers are good w The meals are good, they have a five staff chef that prepares the meals for the residents, when I call ahead I can eat with my mother and I love the food, most of the times even better than eating a restaurant. My loved one is able to roam the community, and there are so many rooms and places the residents can go to hang out. If anything happened with my mom they contact me immediately, which I highly appreciate.

My Dad fell in September and they were with him immediately and had him transferred to local hospital in minutes. We have been at Brookdale now 7 months and could not be happier with their compassionate care. They create a family environment, and are doing well with my mom's advance dementia.

I have been in the industry for 20 years and Brookdale Avondale has the best feel. The staff seem to enjoy their work and each other. The residents are cheerful and active. The community is clean and well decorated. They obviously take pride in the building. I would recommend for my loved ones if they lived in the area.

This place is good, it has a good atmosphere and we're very happy with it. Cleanliness is very good. Communication with the family is good. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I had a friend recommend this community to me and I would also recommend the community to others. Whenever we have questions or concerns they staff always listens and shows that they care. When activities are going on, they always try to include my loved one.

I can only tell you what my friend tells me. She does say she likes living there, the staff is nice and helpful, food is good, she loves playing bingo and doing crafts and picture puzzles.

This was my choice. My loved ones liked another community and we picked the other community.

Everything has been great at Brookdale. They've gotten Mom straightened out health-wise, and she really enjoys it there. We feel really blessed with how great the staff are. The food is good, and they serve balanced meals. They also try to do what they can with the residents as far as activities - things like Holiday parties and awareness events for certain causes like breast cancer, etc.

My father has been a resident of this facility for 6 months. He is very happy and well taken care of period the entire staff from room attendance to the general manager are top notch professionals. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My loved one only spent about a month here, but overall it was a pretty good experience. The cleanliness got a lower score because they were in the middle of renovations. I personally would recommend anyone to go here. I think in the future when renovations are done, it will all come together and be great. The staff were wonderful during our time here.

Brookdale is a wonderful place to help with your loved one. Their building is beautiful and their staff are very helpful and caring. The food is excellent. Building is clean and has no bad odor. Highly recommend!
