All of the workers are very polite and helpful. Their smiles are encouraging and I especially appreciate the bus service that takes us on trips. I enjoy shooting pool in the evenings and have lived here for over 6 years.

Toured the facility and found everything to be to my standards and liking. A particular guide by the name of [name removed] was extremely helpful with my questions and was a pleasure to meet! Would definitely recommend to others in my community.

I was scared because gramps never answers the phone. Turns out he’s busy!! He’s never in his apartment. He’s always going somewhere or doing something!! He is having the time of his life!! He’s made a lot of new friends.

The support I receive at this place is outstanding. They explain everything to me from billing to diagnosis. The managers keep the staff informed. I couldn’t have wished for a better place for my parents.

I worked with the staff when I would visit our hospice patients a few times a month. The caregivers were their best assets. They are caring, loving, and respectful of the residents and their uniqueness and of course, their needs, their comfort, and dignity are above and highest priority of the staff here. They also relate well with the residents and are genuinely supportive of each other. Before Covid, I would participate whenever there is special occasions the folks would put on the celebration with invitations to families to join. So to summarize, I would highly recommend this memory care for my loved ones for their approach to caring the elderly by getting to know them and give them the best life possible. Hooray to Brookdale North Fremont and Brookdale Senior Living in general keep up the good work and the top spot for AL and Memory Care choices of living for seniors nation wide. Remember care for the caregiver means care for the residents!

100% satisfied with Brookdale - We just moved my mother to Brookdale from another facility off of Kings Highway. At the other facility my mom rarely left her room except for the occasional meal. At Brookdale she leaves her room several times a day to participate in the activities and partake in the delicious meals. The difference between the two facilities was night and day Dash my mom has turned from basically being a recluse, to being a social butterfly

The facility staff is very helpful. They do a great job at taking care of my mom.

We think Brookdale Franklin is top notch especially the director here [name removed]. He is the main reason this is such a great community and he is creating such a lovely atmosphere for us residents, it is absolutely the best place to live. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We really like the open floor plan for the residents can walk all over the place and have access to the staff members

The nursing staff is wonderful. The food is exceptional. My mother raves about the food all the time. The quality of care is also excellent. They communicate with me regularly to apprise me of Mother's condition. I would definitely recommend Brookdale University Park to other families.

Everything was great.

The staff - I'm including everyone in this, from management to housekeeping - made an extremely difficult decision comfortable and easy for our family. And they have not changed that at all. From the first day they have treated us with great respect. They are very good with keeping us informed. Very open and friendly with all family members every time we visit. Just really very comfortable and happy!

We picked this community because of the money, which was a very good price the cleanliness, the rooms were nice and large, and they offered a lot of activites. It would be nice if they had a freight elevator. I would recommend to other families.

I haves lived at Brookdale Bowling Green for several years. Nothing is perfect but the people here take care of things quickly. The best part of this place is the staff that work here. If I can’t be home this is the best place to be.

The staff are very patient and kind. They made sure to ready the apartment for my loved one and made the transition easy for them. This community is on the smaller side, and I see the Executive Director anytime I visit. She is very easy to talk to and is involved with the residents. The staff communication with the family is outstanding and they are responsive to our questions. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. The menus look wonderful, and there are snacks that are available in between the meals. The residents can request meals, the community just asks for a few weeks to get the items available for the meal. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in as well.

I'm new here and haven't been out to the activities but there are so many to choose from. Meals are not at times I need them but it was suggested to me to mark up a menu for the week and turn it in so that I can just pick up my meals.

The staff is very nice and have great communication! They are so helpful, and make you feel very welcomed when you come inside! They are wonderful with the residents and they are always doing events and fun things with them!

If you are looking for assisted living care in Cape May County, I would highly recommend Brookdale! [name removed] in admissions makes the process of moving loved ones in very easy. She is extremely helpful and always welcoming. It can be difficult to transition from home to a care community but Brookdale makes it easier because it feels like home. Always impressed with the cleanliness of the building, resident rooms, common areas and the care of the staff and the programs offered. Grateful to have compassionate people like Stacey in elder care and the Brookdale community in CM county!

It was a good tour experience. It cost more, and it seemed more like a nursing home.
