The people here truly love their job/calling. The residents and their family are treated like an extended family.

Our loved one has been a resident for 3 1/2 years. We're so pleased with the care she receives. She is happy and we are happy. Staff is exceptional. Food is great and we are 100% confident in her care.

We are really glad our Loved One is at this beautiful facility The staff is attentive and friendly. Our loved one was not eating well at home and since she has been here, she is eating healthy food she loves. We are over the mood that she is happy here and has also met friends The staff is wonderful.

Brookdale Mandarin Central is a great place for a loved one that requires memory care. The care givers are knowledgeable, supportive, and caring. The facility is clean and visually uplifting. Brookdale offers a wide range of activities, which keep my loved one engaged and entertained.

My experience here has been great. The food is pretty good, as well as the activities they provide. I have been here for six years and it has been pretty quiet. My favorite thing to do here is the exercise class. The concerts they have weekly are fun too.

We are so happy with Brookdale. Mom has been here about 3 years. The staff is so helpful and attentive to my moms needs. They even have a new Activity lady who has brought such incredible energy into the place.

This place is such an active & vibrant place! We are so excited for dad to join people here at Brookdale. Everyone seems so happy here! We are planning on moving dad here in about a month! We would recommend this place.

We first walked in to Brookdale and we were welcomed immediately. There were alot of residents at the front. They were getting ready to go on an outing. How fun. It looks like a very active place to be! Just what I've been looking for.

We moved my aunt in about a month ago. She has been so welcomed from the very beginning. All the residents take such good care of her and look out for one another. The staff has been great as well. We are so happy we chose Brookdale Medi Park.

I was here for the move and interacted with the folks at Brookdale and from my experience, I was very impressed. I had sole discussions with many staff and it worked out very well. My sister is a lot better than she was when she lived in California. She is a lot more interactive, she is doing some artwork, and there is just a significant change we have all noticed. We are very happy with Brookdale Mariana Butte.

My dad has been at Brookdale College Square for nearly a year. The staff from the nurses, to the activity coordinators and the sweet people who greet you when you walk in. They all work so hard and have been so patient and caring with dad. They are truly special people who work here and care for the residents.

I just cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookdale Weddington Park! Mom is so so so happy there! The residents and staff are all happy and wonderful, the food is fantastic, the activities are abundant, and the space is warm and welcoming. It's like walking into someone's home! We could not be more pleased on every single level! I can't imagine her being anywhere else!

I have visited many communities and this one has the most active and genuinely happy residents. Residents enjoying various activities and socializing throughout the community. It truly feels like a happy home. The staff is friendly and approachable. I would recommend.

We picked this community, because of word of mouth. It would be nice if they had more staff on-hand, since they are often short staffed. Also, they should offer more of a variety of food options. It's a nice quiet location, with a great garden area. They really interact well with the residents. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

This memory care home was the answer to my prayers. Finding the right place for my Dad seemed daunting, as his Alzheimers progressed. The level of care & respect shown by every single person at Brookdale College Square was simply incredible. The care they showed for me, was so unexpected. I visited my Dad often, at different times of day & evening. My Dad was always well groomed, calm & often happy. When I was in his room, staff did not know I was there, I heard how the staff treated other residents. True compassion, love, tenderness is demonstrated in words & actions. I received invitations to participate in activities & outings with my dad. I received calls, texts, photos with random GOOD news about Dad. Photos of him dancing, watering tomatoes plants, enjoying beautiful weather in the courtyard. To know my dad was shown real love, when I could not be there, is invaluable. I slept at night, for the first time in years, knowing he is cared for. The best home environment. 5+ stars

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a very good tour experience. The reason we did not pick Brookdale is when they assessed our loved one they wanted to put her into memory care right away and we wanted our loved one to be able to experience assisted living first as we felt she was not ready for memory care.

See my ratings above - all 5's. Compared to other places we looked at, there really was no comparison, which is why we chose Brookdale. We like the location. And overall it has been very good experience.

I find that the staff is very attentive to the patients. They're very friendly to visitors coming in, and they know who you are typically. I see the same faces there among the staff, which is reassuring to me. My mother seems as happy as a person can be when they're in a community such as that. It's not the ideal living arrangement for anyone, but she's relatively happy all things considered since she can't be at home. I've been very pleased with what has happened at Brookdale in terms of her care.
